Ça fait plusieurs années que je me bats contre un ptsd et une dépression majeure. Je suis au bout de tout. J'ai essayé des tonnes de médications que je voudrais arrêter car j'ai l'impression que ça empire mon état. Je n'ai plus vraiment d'espoir d'aller mieux. J'ai peur s'abandonner ma famille. J'ai même pas le courage de me suicider. J'ai repris le travail même si j'étais pas prête. J'ai besoin de conseils. Comment fait on pour s'en sortir, c'est possible ou on doit faire semblant pour le reste des jours?

Hey! So I’m flying through American Airlines from my state to LAX, I’ve gathered from research that this flight should land in terminal 4 or 5. After this flight, I will need to exit the airport, then recheck into the airport for an international flight with United, I’ve gathered that this flight should depart from terminal 7 or 8. My question is how easy will I be able to go from terminal to terminal, it won’t be a rushing matter, but I’d like to know about how much time it’ll take me, and how easy it is to navigate. I don’t fly much, and almost never by myself so I like to prepare haha. I know many airports have the little trains that will take you from terminal to terminal, but as I have to collect my bags and then check back into the airport, I don’t know that this will be an option for me because I’m not too sure how LAX operates. Long story short, to get to one terminal from the other, will I just need to walk through the airport until I arrive at the terminal? Is it in a completely different area across the street or miles away?
Also for context the only reason I’m flying 2 different airlines is because I prefer to fly internationally with United, but American airlines is the only airline in my state who flys direct to LAX, and I like to keep my flights as few as possible to prevent stress.
