I don't understand why there's no easy way to get proficiency with advanced weapons. I know there are a few options to get there, but why does Weapon Proficiency not work in a similar way to Unconventional Weaponry, i.e. pick a single Advanced Weapon and have proper proficiency scaling with it?
Is it really that gamebreaking to have a feat that provides a weapon with one (non-customizable) extra trait or a slightly bigger damage die?
Why bother publishing advanced weapons at all, if you don't provide a means of using them?

I don't know if this has been discussed before, but it's been on my mind. The "W Rule" in Austen is that except for Captain Wentworth, characters whose last name begins with W are villains.
I feel that Emma Woodhouse falls under this rule. She is the villain of her own story; almost everything that happens is the result of her poor choices and meddling. It is only towards the end when she hopes to pursue Knightly (and rid herself of the dreaded W) that she changes.
I realize that this is a simplification, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

2025.01.20 14:40 DaedalusIndigo If you could add one new transformation mask (and/or a new region), what would it be?
When replaying this game, I sometimes wish that more of the 24 masks were transformation masks. The Deku, Goron, and Zora masks are so fun and interesting. It stinks that the Giant's Mask and the Fierce Deity Masks are restricted.
So...if you could add one new transformation mask (and by extension, a region or storyline), what would it be? I would add the Gerudo Mask from OoT and expand the Pirates' Fortress to include a Mediterranean settlement. The mask would allow you to see better in the dark and grant you greater mobility. You would be able to more complex flips and combat moves. In terms of progression, most of the mask's skills would be locked until you seek out chiefs to teach you. These chiefs would be located in a new dungeon, the Deadveil Temple. Structurally, the temple would be similar to OoT's Fire Temple, but it would emphasize traversing floors, hidden wings, and secret passages.
That's just my idea. What's yours? Feel free to elaborate on the mask's abilities or the region's buildings. If you just want to propose a mask idea without a whole backstory, go ahead!
