It's not your job to teach me discipline or life skills or anything of the sort. I'm here to learn about the topic in the title of the course, simple as that. Not have my damn time wasted with discussion posts that put two more deadlines [iNtItAl pOsT and rEsPonSeS] on my plate for something everyone knows is busywork. Even if someone is the Babe Ruth of time management, Babe Ruth is going to get pissed off if you keep pitching him inside.
It's one thing to post an assignment on canvas two weeks out. That's on my schedule, I can do that. It's another to email me at 12:01AM monday saying 'be sure to do your discussion post this week' sir there is absolutely no sign of a discussion post anywhere on canvas. It's also very cool to send that email the MINUTE after the 100% refund drop deadline is up. Congrats on the $400 you just made the school.
This is an elective, I am an adult, you are wasting my time at best.

- In December I switched to the ring and my body, primarily legs started fluttering/twitching (I was checked for blood clots)

So I'm a single mom half of the week, my husband works out of state. I have a 14 week old and I'm curious how you knew mom's handle going out with the baby? Do you leave the baby in the car with it locked when you go to get gas and have to run inside?
What about when you need to grab a carton of milk or something?
Are there instances where it's just easier to leave the baby in the car seat because you're running inside a store for less than 5 minutes? Is that illegal? Just curious how to navigate small chores when taking the baby in and out of the car seat will take longer than the chore itself.

My 19’ encore is acting up. She’s Canadian, therefore it’s cold half the year. I noticed recently as the weather dropped, the steering wheel became stiff. Now that we’re in January, every morning is frigid and that steering wheel is LOCKED UP. You have to forcefully turn the wheel to free it, and it makes an awful groaning/screeching sound for the first bit. Once you’re driving it for a while the sound goes away, and there’s no issue. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I’m thinking an issue with the rack, but I really don’t know. As I originally said when the problem started: that sounds expensive.

Hello everybody, I am 13m, and my foreskin has always rolled back slowly when I am soft for whatever reason, but when I am hard it has felt somewhat tight but not that tight at all, and I can retract with ease both hard and soft. But this morning I woke up with morning wood and went to pee but when I tried to pull it back it was very tight, but I was still able to, but once I did it just instantly rolled back, faster than even on soft, my solution was to hold it down for 30 seconds and then let it stay rolled down, but then it just very slowly started rolling back up. I hope this is fine.

TLDR: Injured my back (possibly twice before first time healed) by kicking a door really hard multiple times in a row. Saw Dr who thinks it’s muscular. Worried I should have given more detail on how I caused it.
———————————————— I have had awful back pain since around Christmas, I can’t remember anything setting it off. It was very bad, but did start to improve.
Unfortunately then I had a meltdown about something im really struggling with and kicked my door very hard, as hard as I could, three times, in socks. In the moment there was no additional pain, but half way through the next day is when it got extremely bad. (It is possible I did the same thing to trigger it initially. I don’t remember for sure. Not because I often kick my door, but I have done it other times. I was very unwell over Christmas and may just not remember.)
I saw a doctor about the pain yesterday. I did mention kicking a door but gave no more detail than that because I’m ashamed. She thinks the pain is muscular.
Do you think it is? It feels worse today just for having been examined yesterday. I’m scared I’ve done worse damage and wondering if that’s possible and if I should be trying to get an MRI as a result? The pain is so bad I can’t sit upright without being in pain, walking causes pain, even lying down I’m in pain a lot of the time. She does know that. And she did physically examine me.
Demographic info: 40F, 50kg 155cm, non smoker, prescribed vimovo, codipar and diazepam for injury mentioned but not on any other meds. Other conditions include stage 4 endometriosis with extensive surgery for that last June, and long covid (mostly fatigue) going on 14months.
(Regarding the poor behaviour: I don’t think it’s ok. I do see a therapist, and do mindfulness meditation every day, and there was no people on the other side of the door. It’s not something targeted at someone. )
