I have been doing my meditations a bit more regularly recently and I have noticed some things happening during the meditation. Some are fairly mundane but would still appreciate ideas as to what's happening.
I tend to use the raw frequencies more than the actual tapes as sometimes I only want to meditate for 15-20 mins. I also use them in combination with various other approaches e.g. Joe Dispenza.
- - Mundane.
My assumption is this is something to do with energy moving or realignment or something.
- - More interesting.
A number of times I have felt myself to be in a vortex and I don't mean the vortex that Abraham talks about. It was a very physical, real feeling and the first time it happened my heart rate went up as my responded with fear. It seemed to centre around my chest or solar plexus and I felt as though I was being spun in opposite directions like my top half was rotating to the left and my bottom half to the right. There was a slight sense of nausea the first time.
This happend four evenings in a row. It was as if something knew what I was trying to do (higher self presumably) and was assisting me. It really felt like I had found a key and had unlocked a door.
It then didn't occur for a few days then happened again.
It has happened a few times since and also happened this morning. Not every time is as intense as others.
Until this morning, the vortex seemed to be triggered by specific words or feelings I had but not the same ones each time. Sometimes, I would say the 'script' from Joe Dispenza's meditations and nothing would happen. I would then realise I'd missed something out and as I remembered it and said it, the vortex would start so it seems intelligent rather than a biological response to meditation.
One time, I was rather distressed and fearful and before meditation, I asked for relief and the vortex took place once I began meditation.
My fiancée started that, after the first few times it happened, it was as if light was emanating from me. I did feel very positive afterwards and without fear or worry, like I completely trusted the universe.
This morning, it started seemingly without cause. I did the intro to focus 12 tape as was feeling a bit rusty. It was early in the morning, about 6am, 10 mins after getting out of bed. I had made the intention of wanting to experience not having an ego, or at least less of one. That's all that I can think triggered it.
Has anyone had any similar experiences and have any idea what is happening?
The only person I have ever heard explain the same thing is Eckhart Tolle when he describes the night his ego dissolved.

2025.01.20 18:58 Syenadi Why Do Current Driver's License and Passport Photos Suck?
Pretty much the title. In the last couple of months I happened renew both my driver's license (AZ) and my passport (US). In both cases the old photo was in full color and very clear, while the new photo is washed out grey, not very clear, and covered in various anti fraud scannable wizardry.
In the old photos if you were some sort of 'official' verifying my ID, it was easy for you to tell if it was me or not. In the new photos, there would probably be easily 20 or more people who could pass as me in any major airport.
Seems stupid. Is there a good reason for this downgrade in photo quality?

what is the biggest cheap tablet that i can find on the internet that has a pen and a screen? (possibly with the feature that does not detect fingers but just the pen but that's just a plus)
since the covid hit Rome in 2020 i haven't draw anything on paper, i had some drawing using an old samsung note 3, but it's getting old and the battery can't survive any longer, plus it's a little too small to be precision stuff, i feel crammed when using it, but i like the fact that i have an option that only detects the pen and not the hands, that is a great feature so i don't have to worry about leaving marks that then i cannot undo.
i plan to make tons of art and various patterns and styles, mostly making textures, very complex textures, banners, logos, not for work but my social medias, discord, instagram, profile customizations, my current profile banner and images were made back in 2018, i feel like i'm using old things all the time, it's good that i have my own images, but they are getting that feeling of old
can you help me find the tablet i described? maybe one that i can hook up to my pc, it doesn't have to be standalone but i don't mind if it is standalone, i just need something to draw again, something that is not a phone
i plan to use photoshop as the program to draw, not sure if i will manage to find all the right options but i will try, so either photoshop or picsart if it's standalone, altough picsart was a bit laggy but it could have been my old phone to make it laggy, i accept all tips too, thank you all for reading <3
p.s. i had tried a more mainnstream reddits but it was full of bots asking how their art tastes like smells like or how their art pukes like... which made no sense because it was just people posting art with the same copied and upvoting other's art.
