2025.01.20 16:02 MemphisCoupe I have a possibly stupid shotgun question.
It's stupid because it's based on a tv show, which I understand is fiction, but I want to understand how patently unrealistic it really was.
In Terminal List, with Chris Pratt, there's a scene where Ben, running an automatic shotgun, switches out a presumably buckshot, already-chambered shell for a slug.
Now, I only own pump-action, currently, but maybe someone can explain: How does one swap an already chambered shell for another? Is the bolt open? Can you open the bolt without cycling a round from the magazine?
Or is that just as fake and impossible as other Hollywood gun scenes?

If you for some reason uninstalled TikTok before the ban and want to get it back, here is a way to do so. This is for the people where you had trouble with the other method of changing your region in the App Store or had subscriptions or account balances that you can’t get rid of.
Steps:
- Download the TikTok IPA file here: https://und3fy-my.sharepoint.com/personal/4decrypt_und3fy_onmicrosoft_com/_layouts/15/download.aspx?share=EeLDxVdz-KRHkz6niT03jbABLCowMLj8TcZV2YAPbH04lw
- Download Sideloadly.io here depending on your computer version (just scroll down a bit and you'll find the option to download). Here is the link: https://sideloadly.io
- Setup Sideloadly.io - if you are on Mac and it says could not open after dragging to application folder and trying to setup, go to System Settings, Privacy and Security, and then scroll all the way down where you will see "Sideloadly was blocked to protect your Mac." Next to that, hit "open anyway" and just confirm. You should then be able to set it up.
- Once you are on the main screen, on the left hand side of sideloadly.io, you will see a few options. First, make sure you have your phone plugged into your computer. You should be able to select that device under "iDevice" if it isn't already there. Below that, you will need to enter your Apple ID and also the password when it prompts you to do so.
- On the left where there is an icon saying IPA, click on that and then choose the IPA file you downloaded previously. It should now show the TikTok icon.
- You can now click start. This may take a few minutes, but once the installing stage starts, you should be able to see the app installing on your phone.
- Once the app is installed, if you click on the icon, it will say "Developer Mode Required."
- Go into settings, go to Privacy and Security, and scroll all the way down until you see Developer Mode. Click on this, and then turn it on. You will have to restart your phone for this to work. You will have to go through a few prompts.
- Now go back into settings, go to General, and then VPN & Device Management. At the bottom, you will see the section "Developer App" with the title being your Apple ID email. Click on this, and then click trust within that setting.
- Now, TikTok should work.
