My parents have been divorced 20+ years. My mom just called me to say my dad’s sister casually brought up the my fiancé looks like her. I don’t think they’ve met before, so I’m assuming my dad showed a photo of her.
My mom has brown hair, brown eyes, long hair, and a curvy body shape.
My fiancé has blue eyes, short black hair, is like 5 inches taller than my mom, and has a narrow physique. They don’t look anything like each other.
Am I the asshole if I tell my dad he will be uninvited from the wedding if I hear more of this disgusting, cringy talk? I am sick to my stomach at the thought of him discussing something like this with people who have never met her or have only met her once previously.

If weapon A has a base attack stat of 100, while weapon B has a base attack stat of 95 but has a trait “deals 5% damage against officers”, would that mean 95 x 0.05 =4.75 and then 4.75 + 95 =99.75
So weapon A would still be better at damaging officers as 100 > 99.75
Am I understanding this correctly?

I’m sure there are precious posts, but what are parents experience with getting their little ones who were/are nonverbal into preschool/kindergarten?
My son will turn 4 yo in July. His mom and I are really considering starting school along with ABA that he has been attending for a year now.
My son does in center ABA 30 hours a week, we’re thinking those 6 hours a day will shift to the afternoon. We are in the Temecula valley. I’ve heard a lot of good but some bad as far as the school district.
My son has gotten better with following 1 step and some 2 step tasks, but he definitely can’t sit down in social settings and completely struggles with joint attention/cooperative play/exercises on top of being nonverbal.
Relly just want to hear personal experiences with any similar situations and how school IEP/ABA worked out.
We are also doing speech, and PT right now for my sons intoeing

Hi everyone! I’m looking for advice on how to upgrade my current audio setup to improve my listening experience, solve a subwoofer integration issue, and accommodate my needs. Here’s what I have and what I’m aiming for:
Current Setup: • Speakers: Q Acoustics 3030i (pair). • Amplifier: Cambridge Audio AXA35 (phono stage, no DAC, 35W/channel, no subwoofeLFE output). • Subwoofer: SVS SB-1000 Pro (active subwoofer with LFE input and app-based DSP controls).
Sources: • Turntable: I want to keep using this, so a phono stage is essential. • Streamer: Currently Spotify, running through a cheap AUX connector into the amp realistically most of my day to day casual listening goes through here • TV: Not currently connected, but I’d love to integrate it into the system.
The Problems: 1. The subwoofer is barely perceptible, likely due to the lack of a proper LFE output on my amplifier. 2. The AXA35 might be underpowered for the 3030i speakers, especially at higher volumes. 3. I use Spotify streaming as my main source, and I’d like to improve this experience with better quality. 4. I’d like to connect my TV to the setup for occasional use.
