I’m taking a class in college right now called marketing management. We have to do a bunch of team assignments and in my team I’m the only one who seems to have a brain in my head or least who cares about the class. They don’t communicate, they don’t listen to deadlines, they ignore assignment instructions etc. So far we’ve turned in two assignments (thanks to me basically being their mom about it), and the next one was a “team self evaluation“ And I was like yes I get to tell the instructor how this all has been going, and then I kept reading the assignment instructions and it’s another team project. AGHHHH. How am I gonna share a document with them like hey guys here’s the next assignment, and then they open it and I’m just flaming them all for not doing anything. So basically I have to lie unless I want the rest of the semester working with them to be awkward because I already feel “overbearing” for messaging them asking if they’ve done their portion yet so I can turn in assignments etc.
She made a class announcement recently too saying we can’t leave team members names off projects, so just doing the work myself isn’t even an option. She also mentioned that if you choose not to do work in your team, you “run the risk of not getting a grade because of team evaluations”. basically telling everyone that they can not do any work and their team has to pick up their slack and they probably won’t face repercussions because the team evaluation is shared so no one’s gonna be honest about anything. And I’m not allowed to email her about my concerns with my team either unless I CC them on the email. (Another rule of hers)

So here I am playing a Silver Ranked game. It's push with capture, I'm playing Magneto. All's going well. We are defending, we are fine. They just reached the end point in overtime and we prep for the third round. Team mate picks strange as second tank. A little weird seeing we are on defence, but he played fine so far so what do I know? I extend about half way to get a look at their spawn. No strange, I go forward signal my team to come. Soon enough everyone defends the hallway in front of the point. We set up a frontier, I die but Rocket's gadget revives me... We push back their advance. Kill one. I can't help but notice that our strange is missing...
What could he be doing? WELL I SHIT YOU NOT! He opened a perfect portal into the point just behind us. I can't swear to swallow. I almost die as I am forced to retreat. Soon enough their goated Winter Soldier murders my whole team, and me too... We can't defend properly... My game fucking crashes when I try to report Strange. We are pushed back to second phase. All I hear is AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN...
AND I SHIT YOU NOT after that he just switches to spidey, and starts inting... for the whole rest of the game. Just keeps playing as 3rd dps. Wasted 20 minues of my time just to hardcore throw a completely even game...
I hate this. And don't you fucking tell me it wasn't intentional...
I'm done with the game for a while...
