Absolutely sick & tired of doctors & psychiatrists not taking my insomnia & disturbing nightmares seriously, Iâve been prescribed promethazine, diphenhydramine, mirtazapine & zopiclone for sleep & none have worked, I refuse to take sleeping pills with weight gain side effects since mirtazapine ruined my body. The only pill that knocks me out is benzos but arenât supposed to be prescribed more than 2 weeks, I just wanna know if anyoneâs been made the exception.

Salut ! Jâai envie dâĂ©vacuer ma situation professionnelle qui me pĂšse en ce moment. Je commence vraiment Ă mâangoisser.
Il y a quelques temps, jâai perdu mon travail de plus de 10 ans. Un travail qui, franchement, mâavait Ă©puisĂ©. Je nâai jamais parlĂ© Ă mon mĂ©decin, mais je pense avoir Ă©tĂ© en burnout depuis longtemps.
Alors jâai le diplĂŽme dâaide mĂ©dico-psychologique (AMP). Câest un titre qui en jette, mais en vrai, câest un niveau BEP et je fais plus ou moins le mĂȘme travail quâun aide-soignant (AS). Dâailleurs, jâai choisi ce diplĂŽme plutĂŽt que celui dâAS parce que je voulais ce cĂŽtĂ© animation et Ă©ducatif (ce choix va vite me hanter, vous allez voir pourquoi).
Donc, je ne travaille plus. Je me dis, bah, je vais faire de l'intérim dans mon domaine ! Et franchement, c'est juste pénible de trouver des missions. Elles sont souvent trÚs loin, le travail est ingrat, et j'ai du mal à me motiver à en prendre.
Alors je vais changer complĂštement ! Et c'est lĂ que les problĂšmes commencent. J'adore les animaux et je suis trĂšs intĂ©ressĂ©(e) par le mĂ©tier d'auxiliaire vĂ©tĂ©rinaire. ⊠Bac minimum pour suivre la formation. Ok. Alors je suis bilingue anglais. Peut-ĂȘtre une formation dans ce domaine ? Je vois qu'il y a le CELTA, qui est une formation courte permettant de travailler dans certaines Ă©coles. ⊠Bac minimum.
Et lĂ , je ne sais plus quoi faire. Le pire, câest que quand jâai choisi AMP plutĂŽt quâAS, ils Ă©taient tous les deux de niveau BEP. Mais aprĂšs le COVID, AS a Ă©tĂ© revalorisĂ© au niveau bac ! Mais pas AMP ! Je suis dĂ©goĂ»tĂ©. Je touche le chĂŽmage, mais Ă un moment France Travail va me demander ce que je fais et je vais ĂȘtre obligĂ© de me dĂ©cider. Donc sans doute prendre le premier travail venu, genre en EHPAD avec des horaires horribles et une charge de travail misĂ©rable.

Choosing the right character to master or play can be a tough decision for many, and while thereâs no one-size-fits-all answer, Iâd like to share my perspective on how a well-rounded team composition should look and how to approach mastering various roles. Additionally, Iâll cover when to play certain characters and why theyâre valuable in different situations.
Team Composition Beyond Basic Roles Beyond the obvious rolesâVanguards, Strategists, and Duelistsâeach character falls into additional, less obvious categories that help define their playstyle. For example, Vanguards can be split into Aggressive and Defensive types. These distinctions are key in determining how they should be played and how they interact with their team. While itâs possible to be aggressive with a âDefensiveâ Vanguard, it can be challenging, and you may want to switch to something better suited for that playstyle. From my experience, teams that cover these specific roles tend to have the most success.
Vanguards Vanguards can be classified as either Aggressive or Defensive, each with a distinct role on the battlefield:
Aggressive Vanguards: These are mobile divers who thrive in melee combat. Theyâre often quick to engage enemy Strategists or ranged Duelists, using their mobility to get in and out of dangerous situations. Their ultimate abilities typically clear an area, either by pushing enemies away or forcing them to flee. However, they tend to have lower health pools, so surviving requires smart flanking and quick retreats to heal. You shouldnât rely too much on healers, as they might not always be able to support you. Your main job is to harass and disrupt the enemy backline, but always be ready to escape when overwhelmed. Your âplay areaâ is generally just in front of your team, not necessarily at the front, but positioned to strike when needed.
Aggressive Vanguard: Thor, Hulk, Venom, Captain America.
Defensive Vanguards: These characters lack mobility but excel at locking down areas and isolating enemies. Their attacks are often ranged, and their ultimate abilities tend to deny space to enemies. These Vanguards often have ways to sustain themselves, whether through health boosts or regenerating shields. Defensive Vanguards are typically slower and must focus on protecting the team, especially from aggressive divers, while locking down objectives. This role offers a more traditional "tank" experience.
Defensive Vanguard: Peni Parker, Magneto, Doctor Strange, Groot.
Duelists Duelists are arguably the most complex role to master, as their success depends heavily on how well they adapt to the enemy team and the current match conditions. While I categorize Duelists into three groupsâMelee, Mid-Range, and Snipersâeach character may defy these generalizations despite their abilities (For example Scarlet Witch, while she has mid-range abilities she gets more benefits when playing as a Melee Duelist).
Melee Duelists: Similar to Aggressive Vanguards, Melee Duelists thrive on flanking and picking off Strategists or long-range Duelists, rather than diving directly into the enemyâs backline. The key is avoiding being overwhelmed by the enemy team and not rushing into the fray. Melee Duelists often have abilities that grant sustain or mobility, making them resilient in close-quarters combat.
Melee Duelist: Magik, Iron Fist, Psylocke, Black Panther, Spider-Man, Wolverine, Scarlet Witch.
Mid-Range Duelists: Positioned between Vanguards and Strategists, these Duelists excel at positioning themselves on higher ground to shoot down enemies. They often have mobility tools (like Punisher's zipline or Moon Knight's grappling hook), but they remain squishy and must be careful not to overextend. While they should prioritize taking out enemy Vanguards or other threats to the backline, staying alive and avoiding too much exposure is crucial.
Mid-Range Duelist: Namor, Storm, Star-Lord, Squirrel Girl, Winter Soldier, Punisher, Moon Knight, Iron Man, Mr. Fantastic.
Sniper Duelists: Snipers are all about taking out enemies from a distance, whether itâs squishies or tanks. They hit hard, often dealing massive damage in one shot. Positioning is critical, as they can be vulnerable to divers who quickly close the gap. Your primary focus should be on taking down mobile characters and mid-range Duelists.
Sniper Duelist: Black Widow, Hawkeye.
To adapt to the enemy, hereâs what I recommend:
- If the enemy has a troublesome diver, switch to a mid-range duelist.
- If the enemy has a troublesome sniper, switch to a melee duelist.
- If the enemy has a troublesome mid-ranger, switch to a sniper duelist.
Burst Healers: These characters provide significant healing in a short amount of time but often have drawbacks, such as limited healing range or high cooldowns. These healers usually deal decent damage, so alternating between supporting and damaging is common. They should be positioned like mid-range Duelists, balancing their healing duties with offensive capabilities.
Burst Healer: Loki, Adam Warlock, Invisible Woman, Jeff the Landshark.
Gradual Healers: These healers excel at keeping the team alive over time, though their healing is slower and doesnât provide immediate recovery. Their positioning usually involves staying in an area where they can heal multiple teammates at once with minimal aiming. Gradual healers are essential for sustained team survival.
Gradual Healer: Cloak & Dagger, Mantis, Luna Snow, Rocket Raccoon.
Conclusion A strong team adapts to the situation and keeps the objective in mind. Ideally, you should master at least one character in each role to understand your teamâs strengths and weaknesses and exploit the enemyâs vulnerabilities. I know itâs tough when a character doesnât click with you, but thatâs when communication and team coordination come in. Flexibility is crucialâswitching characters to fill the gaps can make all the difference. The real problem arises when players lock in a character and refuse to adapt, even when the team is struggling. Always assess the situation, make adjustments, and keep pushing toward victory.

Hi so I just got my one plus 13 na yesterday and the phone works great. I am able to use SMS and RCS with google messages and able to use mobile data just fine. However whenever I go to make a call it doesn't go through and when people call me they say it says number unavailable. I've tested the Sim and it works as I've put it in other phones and the call works.
I've tooled with suggestions on doing the 4g app and forcing it to LTE but that didn't work.
Also restarted the phone several times
For more info I am using At&t
If anyone knows a fix?
