- Website: The website is live and ready to showcase services. It's a basic landing page to capture leads. The back end operations (booking, setting up sessions, and connecting tutors is all being handled manually by me for now).
- Team: I’ve onboarded my first tutor and have a few others in the queue
- Marketing: Leveraging social media and online communities to find the first few customers.
- Next Steps: I’m currently focused on exploring effective marketing strategies to attract my first set of clients. This includes testing online ads, reaching out to local schools, and leveraging social media platforms. (If you have suggestions, let me know).
- Get to my first $1,000 in revenue while sharing weekly updates on wins, challenges, and strategies.
- Provide actionable insights for anyone interested in starting a service-based online business.

This is why you observe the game from your sofa. Do you understand how much every down matters in the play off?
You can't experiment with something as serious as left tackle. If Thuney makes Mahomes the most comfortable that's who will play LT.
The run game is not as optimal without Thuney at guard but with him at tackle both spots become serviceable rather good run game shit tackle play.

I've always found it curious how there are practically no fangames of the Persona series. I mean, I understand that there are no fangames inspired by Persona 5 or Persona 4 Golden, but the fact that there are no Persona 3 Portable/PS2 fangames seems strange to me.

I’m still new to the industry, I’ve been working full time for about a year at this small marketing agency as a motion designer. But my manager has no management skills, he’s not even a designer, and the design team is just a bunch of interns and freshers figuring out as we go. Anyways, I’m obviously looking to change but there’s this fear back of my mind i’ll end up in a same type of company and manager again, how do I KNOW if a company is serious about design, they value it, and there’s actual seniors managing teams etc. Do I just thoroughly research their company, or what questions do I ask during the interview that can sort of give an idea of the team and manager dynamic etc.
