 | Curious. Does the Workforce shift Xchange glitch for anyone else here? Just now offered one of my fellow head cashiers my 1-10 tomorrow and she claims to have already accepted, but neither my app, or supposedly hers, reflects that she accepted it. My app still says it as "pending offer." I've never offered a shift before, so I don't know how long it actually takes to reflect. I did the smart thing and called the store and spoke to an MOD there and explained the situation. Since the head cashier i talked to was there, he was going to talk to her to confirm.  | First 2 images are taken today, last image was from when I first got the plant in May 2024. Some of the leaves are starting to turn black starting from the base of the leaves, and they’ve been dropping. Some of the leaves are also dropping downwards instead of pointing upwards like they used to :( For watering, I’ve been checking whether the bottom soil is dry before watering until water drips out of the drainage holes. As for light, this plant is placed next to a south-east facing window. Any help or advice to heal my olive tree would be appreciated! Hi! I recently found this very worn suede bag and was looking forward to cleaning it up and restoring it so I could use it. I have never worked with leather before so I’ve been relying on YouTube and Reddit for information about suede and how to work with it properly. I have a lot of different questions coming up so this post may be overwhelming—please bear with me. I’m mostly just nervous about working with suede so any help would be greatly greatly appreciated.
First four photos are of the bag when I bought it and where it is now after I’ve brushed, cleaned, and conditioned it. I think I’m proud of how much better it looks but I need help figuring out what to do next. There is a stubborn stain on the back (circled in red) and the edges of the bag still look very dirty, like grey and hardened. Is there anything more I could do to work with these areas?
If not, I was thinking of dying the bag to a darker, cooler brown which I think I would wear more and might help to cover up the current discoloration. I’m wondering if dying it would help or if the discoloration would still be there but just in a darker color. Last photo is the color I would want to go for.
I have Saphir dye in 04 Brown but it would obviously settle different given the color of my “canvas.” Should I get the Saphir 00 Lightening base to better achieve my desired color? Also any advice on avoiding dye transfer onto clothing? Is that something I should worry about?

I was finally able to get me a censer for home prayer. Nothing extravagant, just a little one for the bedroom. The frankincense I got is good, but it send the charcoal dies quickly instead of burning through and continuing to smoke. How can I tell if I'm just doing it wrong or if it's the charcoal quality?

I’m an autistic adult. I used to be non-speaking in elementary school, but I’ve gotten a lot better after that.
Now, I’m slowly losing it. I’m in college and still living with my parents, but I find myself not being able to speak or respond in almost any way. Maybe a “mh” or “mhm” at times and a nod or head shake, but I can’t speak actual words.
It began with me misplacing words or saying words slightly wrong. Now, I’m losing the ability to say them at all. It’s too overwhelming to speak, but I need to for college and my work.
Funny thing is, meowing is completely fine. My younger sibling loves cats and we often communicate via meows and gestures. Actual words are used if we really can’t get a point across. “Speaking” this way is a lot easier than using actual language.
I need advice on what to do and how to keep my ability to speak. My parents aren’t the most supportive, I need to communicate with my professors and peers, and I have two jobs that requires me to speak to people constantly.

2025.01.21 00:52 Amathira Anyone else tired in the morning for the first time since using cpap?
I have never really woken up sleepy. I could get 2 hours and wake up ready to start my day, which I am sure is an annoyance to my poor husband who cannot do that. Over the years I have some weird 10 minutes into sleep REM stuff that has become more frequent. Multiple instances of sleep paralysis, talking often, vivid dreams etc. doc said it sounded like narcolepsy but with a family history of apnea, he sent in a request for a sleep study. They would only cover an at home, which i got maybe 3-4 hours of sleep for. I did have apnea though, my number was 19, with oxygen dipping down to or near 60 often.
So I'm using the auto setting since insurance was/is being a jerkabout study type. My numbers with the cpap are great. Usually at a 0 api and my highest was 1.5. But I'm sleepy every single morning and wake up with my chest feeling like it had a ton of bricks stacked on it while I slept. All of the dream stuff still happening, just now the sleep paralysis comes with an extra dose of feaclaustrophobia when i have the mask on. I discussed this at the 2 month checkup with my neuro/sleep dr and he said work with mask fits etc and he set another appointment for 2 months to discuss further options including the surgery.
Just wondering if this has happened to anyone and if so, did it get better eventually or should I be on insurances ass to get an in person study. Sorry for this being a long post, ADHD has me probably giving more info than needed and taking way too long to get to the point.

On the group chat, They are saying stuff like “I got a CC” and then the rest of the employees (Just some of them) respond with “GOOD JOB TERRIFIC! 🥳" and I’m just confused as hell because Idk what they’re talking about..
