Sorry, not a baseball card but hopefully it reminds a few how we started collecting. My son is 10 and baseball obsessed. He draws players and today both Jonah Heim and Dane Dunning signed a couple of his drawings. Jonah was really cool and took a photo. Dane pointed out that he captured him throwing a change up. I’m sure this will embarrass him when he is a teenager but eventually these will become his favorite autographs. They’re my favorite and I’m sure players would rather sign these.
This would make a cool Topps insert set, just kids goofy drawings.

Yesterday I bought a new WIP Dayton Trucker jacket for $300. I’m well aware paying that much is ridiculous but I’ve been looking for something just like it. The fit is great, and the quality is great but I see a lot of people hating on WIP, and just want to know why? I’m not interested in thrifting and wearing second hand clothing so paying more is always something I do.
My problem with regular Carhartt is that it’s either way too baggy in the chest and arms, or the length isn’t good for me.
Is WIP just a more street wear oriented version of Carhartt? What’s the difference

Hey all, just joined here but I'm wondering what Linux OS I should try to run on my older PC. Windows 10 is almost entirely unusable let alone 11. That being said, if it's going to make most of my steam library unplayable I probably won't go this route and any advice would be appreciated. Thanks guys!

this is one of my last resources, so if anyone has any advice please help me out!! a few years ago, i started having bad reactions to canned soup. (the reaction would either be really bad hives, my lips swelling, a part of my lip swelling, or my throat would swell up and sometimes i'd even throw up.)
the only allergies i've tested positive for at the allergist are peanuts and hazelnuts. nothing that could be in soups!!
eventually, i stopped having reactions to soups and canned foods in general, but the other day i ate a cup of mac & cheese and the same thing that used to happen with canned soup happened! i thought that it could've been my imagination, but i had hives and my lip swelled up. today, i had chicken pot pie that was made with cream of chicken soup (my best guess at what could have caused the reaction) and my whole face broke out. so whatever was causing the past allergies, is starting to cause them again.
our best guess is a preservative, but if anyone has any other guesses please let me know!!
in the past I've had problems with dairy, and when i have too much it still makes my eczema flare up or gives me bad acne and i can tell they're directly related, but i don't think that this is linked with the preservatives because i don't have an allergic reaction/allergic reaction symptoms in the same form.
if anyone has anything to say about anything i've just listed, or has any recommendations PLEASE reach out! 🩷

Hey everyone,
I've got new rims and tires awaiting tpms to be put on my 24 TP. The issue I'm having is sourcing sensors for the new rims. Some threads on here and searching have pointed me to Mazda part #bdgf 37140. I haven't had much luck on sourcing this part at any decent price level.
This leads me to my real question, has anyone had success with an aftermarket TPMS? Or a cheap source for the OEM's?
Odd this info isn't more out there yet as it seems lots of us have done rim swaps. Any help would be greatly appreciated guys!

My daughter is 16, 5’7”, 155lb and 2k of 7:49. Only a junior. She’s being recruited by mid D-1s like Drexel, Michigan State and Old Dominion.
Unlikely she’ll get below 7:35 and isn’t going to get taller. She’s insanely mentally tough but a late bloomer on a great HS Team.
Question - does she hold out for a better D-1 option or does she look for a great fit in schools who are tier 2?
Grades are good but not Ivy League.

I am getting a used Samsung g9 for my racing sim right this week. I have my sim rig in my man cave and the whole room is classy, dark grey paint, dark brown wood floors and dim lighting. There is nothing in the room that is anywhere close to white like the back of the g9. I’d like it to match the aesthetic of the room and the rest of my rig. And the back of the monitor will be seen from most of the room.
If I were to figure out how to vinyl wrap the back would that cause any heating issues? I’ve never had a monitor like this and I don’t know if they get hot or what to expect. I’d prefer not to paint it. I’m open to other options though. I know it’s a super first world problem, but the white bothers me. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

She clads herself in with a hooded cloak, leather boots, a combat skirt, and a broadsword as wide as her beautiful smile. An energy that radiated with a glowing hue that defied the earth, her teeth brightened as loaded the fire.
Humming and singing in her silent ringing, she kept the fire going without a doubt in her being. All this...she did as we were sleeping. Poking it with a stick, and keeping everyone in her presence warming.

I homeschool my 13 and 8 year old. I have a 9 month old and am currently pregnant. My older kids have a number of activities and co-ops and I enjoy attending story time with the baby. They also have the typical doctor appointments, etc.
My husband works from home too, but is basically inaccessible throughout the day as he is often on meetings. I’d like to hire someone 6 hours a day to take the baby during the older kids lessons and while I’m cooking and cleaning. And also help occasionally with transportation of the older kids, especially after I give birth.
I’m just trying to figure out what the dynamic will be. If I’m working with the older two, we would be on a separate floor in the schoolroom. But when do I intervene if the baby is crying? Does it make more sense to let the nanny run the older kids or leave her at home with the baby and run them myself. If part of why I’m hiring her is to watch the baby to allow me time to do household management, but I’m taking care of the baby at some points or she’s napping… are there areas I could expect help with if she’s not running the older kids or dealing with the baby?
It just doesn’t feel very clear cut with both my husband and I at home too. And the duties being so fluid…sometimes the older two and sometimes the younger.
Has anyone navigated this dynamic and found a beneficial schedule or way of dividing duties?

like be so fr, one of the top listings was in fair condition as well selling for $70 + shipping. this person haggled me down to $45 and free shipping because of some barely noticeable marks i went out of my way to show in the post. then they message me after shipping asking if i got rid of the marks for sending it. i obviously said no, and that the reason i sold it at such a good price was because of the marks… i found out how to fade the marks using a similar item after they asked and told them how i did it and they won’t even respond. probably gonna get a bad review but whatever!
