I was thinking about my career goals and life for the next 5yr.
To give you a context, I started my career in CE a bit older (36yo). I started working in infrastructures and site development doing mainly design work for around 3 yrs but I didn't really enjoy it. I have decided to switch department recently within the company and moved to the structural so my years of experience in structural is less than 6 months. I took the PE civil exam (structural) and passed it but I need to wait one more year to get the license because of my YOE.
Currently, my compensation is around 83k for an EIT. The company usually gives a 3 to 4% adjustment for inflation (yeah I know it is more than that) and around 7 to 8% once you get the license. This gives a total of 90k~ish.
My question is: What would be a reasonable compensation in my case once I get my license? I know I haven't accumulate enough experience but 90k-ish sounds low for someone with PE? Would be a SE exam significantly increase your salary?
I live in GA, and have a plan of buying a house in next year.

My first sourdough starter is already doubling by day 4. Is this good or bad? What is it telling me? I used bleached all purpose flour and water. I fed it around 1 and now it’s 8 and it has doubled in size. It smells lowkey like moldy cheese and feet
