I’m traveling with my 8-month-old baby from the US to India and have been exclusively breastfeeding her since birth. There are two main challenges I’m trying to address:
- Sleepless Nights: We co-sleep, and my baby wakes up every hour or two . Sometimes it's for a diaper change or a feed, but other times, it’s just for comfort and pacifying. I’m wondering if she’s hungry and if introducing formula might help her sleep longer. My husband could also feed her, which might allow me to sleep for a longer stretch. We've tried pacifiers, water, and gently tapping her, but she still relies on me for comfort at night, and I’d like to reduce that dependency.
- International Travel with a 24-Hour Flight: We're traveling to India, and the flight will be around 24 hours with transit. I'm not sure how much I can breastfeed or pump during the flight/ at the airport, so I’m considering bringing formula. I’m planning to use Kendamil, but I’m unsure how to get hot water at the required 158°F on the flight or in the airport to prepare the formula quickly. I prefer not to use ready-made formula. Should I bring a kettle, carry water in a thermos, or is there a better option?

 | For reference I’ve averaged roughly 2500 calories the past 4 weeks. Started at 1800, had a couple big as cheat days, figured that h was eating to little and went up to 2300-2500 a day. Im kind of in a weird spot. Like my abs are not there yet, only in good lighting and they are not super defined. That’s why I want to keep cutting but at the same time I’m starting to feel small and like I’m losing muscle. So I don’t know what’s best. I will say about a year ago I thought just needed to cut more because I couldn’t see my abs and was told by a bodybuilder that no I need to add more muscle to look leaner. But this was a last January at 175 pounds. And he was right I ended up looking leaner and bigger by mid February. But I don’t know if that applies here? I took a promotion, I shouldn’t have. This was a couple years ago.
Since then it’s been the worst situation.
I’ve been informally, offered a new position and I’m just awaiting the background screening and reference checks for formal offer.
But where I work is so toxic and is just so bad that I can’t even draw myself to work there anymore. I married with kids and I have responsibilities but part of me just wants to quit now before the formal response comes should I?
The background screening and references should come out totally fine but I’m still of the thought that a you shouldn’t quit a job before you have another one but I also have a feeling that where I currently work my days are numbered anyway.
Just wanting to hear thoughts …

Look I know technically these things are “ hard “ for the product people at Bethesda to prioritized because they may take some time.
Wouldn’t the shelters make more money if they were more useful?
