2025.01.21 06:01 NinjaMankey Typo in Property Registration: Should I Be Concerned?
Hello everyone,
Yesterday, I completed the registration process for a resale property. However, I noticed a typo भांठेपर in the village name on the registration receipt and Index 2. The name should be भोपर (Bhopar), but it has been misspelled.
I have verified that the village name is correct in all other related documents.
My question is:
Is this typo a significant issue that requires correction?
Or is it something that can be ignored without causing any problems in the future?
Would appreciate advice or guidance from anyone who has experienced a similar situation or has knowledge in this area

 | who is unified? well he first debuted in Midnighter vol 2 #11. Unified is a being made from kryptonian DNA by Henry Bendix with the help of Amanda Waller. Henry Bendix is the Garderner's ex and the Gardener is the person responsible for the creation of midnighter. The Unified has "kryptonian class abilities and a tactical nervous system " similar to the fight computer in modnighter's head. He is basically a superman clone which makes sense why he is able to go head to head against superman. James Gunn is known for using unknown and niche characters so it would make sense for the mystery villain to be the Unified. I’ve been dealing with something that’s been bothering me lately. Recently, I’ve noticed that several things I’ve had taken away by my mom have gone missing, and I’m starting to feel a little uneasy about it. She keeps telling me she "forgot where she put them," but I’m not sure if I believe that.
First, my phone (the one my dad gave me) disappeared. Then, my old phone went missing. After that, my iPhone (the one my dad bought for me) vanished. And now, the most recent thing—my Xbox, which she had also taken away—has gone missing too. (this was my dads xbox but he gave it to me)
I’m trying to figure out if I’m just being paranoid, or if there’s something more to it. I don’t want to jump to conclusions, but it’s hard not to worry when these things keep disappearing. Does anyone have any advice or thoughts on what I should do?

2025.01.21 06:01 ancientpsychicpug I purchased the Mito pro X 750 for my elderly dog.
I’m not saying my dog is reaching the end of anything, since he will be eternal, but he is at the point where operating on him is a risk and we have to weigh all of our options.
He has pug myopathy where he is losing function of his back legs and it has been happening for about 2 years. Slowly getting worse. He’s 12, and even with pug myopathy he could have a full happy life! So I got him (and me) the mito pro x 750 in hopes of assisting him and possibly making him more comfortable.
Options are limited with “alternative” pet care where I live on top of my wage and transportation. This was a kind suggestion from a vet tech when we went in a couple weeks ago. She told me 5 minutes but I forgot to ask about eye protection.
I will hopefully have an update after a couple months. He is struggling with walks so I’m hoping to take him on a small walk, then do the RLT to help calm his muscles and joints. He’s also been on joint medicine for the last 18 months and I haven’t seen any improvement. I give him daily massages and no improvement either. Just hoping to slow it down.

 | I don't play many ranked modes in games so maybe this is just par for the course, but why does it seem like winning or losing is the only metric used to rank up? It doesn't matter if I do better than every single person on both teams, I still lose points if my team doesn't win. Just after a brief session meditating in the morning, I went to the balcony to bask in the sun and enjoy my cup of tea. As I was standing and staring at the leaves of a tree and admiring nature, a grey/brown old with z black perfectly circular eyes sat on a branch which was exactly at my eye level, I did not even have to move my neck in the slightest to the left or right neither up nor down, we stared into each others eyes for a while. Did not last more than a minute or maybe 45 seconds, as soon as I lifted my cup to take a sip it flew off in a sweeping circle to another branch out of my sight. This may just be a coincidence, or some sort of omen. It’s just that the proximity of the bird to me and the fact that it perched on a branch which I was already staring at just 2-3 meters away, right infront of me feels like some sort of message. Would like to know if you guys have ever experienced something similar, and do you think it’s some sort of good omen, a warning or just pure coincidence? Thanks! Peace and love..
