I'm a huge fan of this game, having just gotten to the epilogue and closing in on the completion of the story for the first time (I've owned the game since 2018, I just didn't play through the story until now). I absolutely love the idea of owning a ranch or a piece of property and having a house on it that is build like the Beecher's Hope house. Anybody know how much it might cost to build it (Albeit with modern amenities and modern construction techniques)? My guess is probably close to $100,000 USD.

Hi everyone, I have been diagnosed with POTS and SFN for a few years. I am going through a massive flare after the birth of my baby and wanted to see if anyone can relate to this symptom.
It’s like every inch of skin on my body is hypersensitive. Some times it burns, or prickles, my clothes rubbing hurts. Drying with a towel after the shower hurts.
And it’s not just random spots, it’s literal everywhere. If I rub my eyelid if burns. If I scratch my arm if burns. If I brush my hair it burns. Every single inch.
I was diagnosed with mild length dependent SFN in my feet a few years ago. It is crazy to think that this could be SFN that has spread to every inch of my skin.
I’m hoping it will disappear as my flare calms down.
Grateful for anyone who can relate.

Just bought a 2024 Mazda cx-5 with around 6.5k miles on it for selling price of 25k and I was curious if I got a good deal or not. Its a certified pre owned used by Mazda as a business loaner vehicle for a year and the original sale price was 26k managed to talk off a thousand and the dealer didn’t seem to feel comfortable going any lower. Got out with an out the door price of 27.5k (incl. taxes and fees). Any opinions are welcome

I'm not a parent but
- how the hell are they not messing up the timeline and especially present of their world every time they travel backwards in time to meet bob ross or something?? With how much they've done it the entire series the entire world should be kidnapped by alien space monsters or whatever in the present day
- how are the famous people their meeting having mustaches and gray beards when their like 7 and no one around them even says "hey, that kid was born looking like a grown adult and hasn't aged in the past 30 years, maybe we should question that????"
- these famous people, meet xavier, yadina, and brad, ONCE, and then the trio disappears, timeskips 30 years later to meet them again, and guess what the famous historical figures have to say? NOTHING.
I think the most likely answer is it's a simulation and not actually real which makes sense but I'm still going to rip this little kids show's plot to pieces questioning it just because

I will be voluntarily admitted to an inpatient eating disorder facility. There are 2 schools of thought regarding weighing ED patients: one posits that patients should not be allowed to see their weight as it can cause distress and fixation, the other advocates that patients should see their weight as the avoidance of the scale gives the number more power over them and allows patients to learn to cope with it. I fall into the second camp, meanwhile the program’s policy is aligned with the first.
In short, I am not comfortable with stepping on the scale backwards and allowing others access to health information that I myself am not allowed to have. Moreover, I find it degrading and dehumanizing. If this policy is firm, I will not agree to be admitted to the program.
I understand that I can request my medical records and that I must receive a response within 30 days. However, this is not an ideal solution given the delay. I also acknowledge that I will be a voluntary patient, and perhaps agreeing to be admitted is also agreeing to step on the scale backwards every week.
I’m just wondering if there is anything I can do here. I would really like to access the program, but I see this policy as being detrimental to me and could definitely be a deal-breaker.

I saw a diagram of the Trinity that said “the Son is God, but the Son is not the Father, the Father is God, but the Father is not the Spirit, the Spirit is God, but the Spirit isn’t the Son, but they’re all God.”
Let me make this crystal clear: I believe Jesus is God. But I don’t see how He’s not the Father. Yes He submitted to God the Father, but this was in His human nature.
Isaiah 9:6 AMP “For to us a Child shall be born, to us a Son shall be given; And the government shall be upon His shoulder, And His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. [Is 25:1; 40:9-11; Matt 28:18; Luke 2:11]”
Isaiah 40:3 AMP “¶A voice of one is calling out, “Clear the way for the Lord in the wilderness [remove the obstacles]; Make straight and smooth in the desert a highway for our God. [Mark 1:3]”
John 14:7 AMP “If you had [really] known Me, you would also have known My Father. From now on you know Him, and have seen Him.””

Hebrews 1:8, 10 AMP “But about the Son [the Father says to Him], “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, And the scepter of [absolute] righteousness is the scepter of His kingdom. And, “You, Lord, laid the foundation of the earth in the beginning, And the heavens are the works of Your hands;”
So then why does Jesus pray to God the Father if He is the Father? It’s because He became the Son through His human nature!

With all this in mind, I hold to the belief that Jesus is Lord, and that the trinity isn’t necessarily false, but that the “is not” branches of the Trinity diagram is heresy.
