hello!
recently, i have seen a dermatologist regarding my two small keloids that i would like to remove. they itch and is very sensitive and also is one of my biggest insecurity and i would like to get rid of it. i have one on my chest (1.5cm) and my back (2cm).
the dermatologist i saw gave me two options for treatment but i was still debating which one is a good option so any help/opinion would help a ton!
treatment 1: kenalog injections
treatment 2: excision of keloid and follow up with SRT radiation.
the dermatologist told me that the 2nd treatment is more invasive but the chance of the scar coming back is less than 20% and also i’m going to left with a small white line that will blend in with my skin after time.
i am still debating with one is a good option, if anyone had these procedures done before please let me know!

Ever since getting a litter robot, my boy has become obsessed with it. He’ll sit and stare at it for hours. When he’s not eating or sleeping, that’s usually where he is. Especially when I’m in that area of the house. I’m mildly concerned- he has some issues (severe anxiety & suspected minor neurological damage), so I’m guessing it’s that- but still, should I be more concerned? Should I take him to the vet?

Just moved in. It’s Florida so I’m use to seeing a roach or 2. Haven’t seen any alive since getting keys 3 days ago. 3 dead within the entire upstairs downstairs. I’m giving the place a deep clean before I move my stuff in. But I was cleaning out the kitchen cabinets today and oh my gosh. Is this what I think it is? One of the pictures is a before the cleaning and after. I hadn’t seen it in any other cabinets of the house.

One of them was told by this user that they’re “not really Native” just because they didn’t share the same views on generational trauma and Christianity. Like, okay, fine, you can have your opinion, but dismissing someone who clearly has that badge for a reason and accusing them of using it for aesthetics without even letting them explain? I'm a 29 year old electrical engineer working as a transmission engineer for an electric utility with 3 years of engineering experience and I make about $87K with no bonuses or opportunity for overtime in a LCOL area. My wife (29 F) makes about $28K per year as a teaching assistant.
We don't have any kids yet, but she has expressed interest in becoming a stay at home wife/mom within the next few years.
We don't have a crazy nice rent house, but it's decently sized for the price (1300 square ft for $1300 per month). Our monthly bills are kinda high partially because of my student loan repayments, and we'd have really tight margins if we lived on just my salary alone (my take home is nearly $4600 a month)
In order to live like we do now and still have money to save for emergencies, small vacations, retirement, etc, I'd need to make what she makes added to my paycheck. If we had a kid now, we could probably afford everything OK but my wife would have to work, which she doesn't want to do in the event she becomes a mother.
I'm totally fine with the idea of this setup, but how do I make this extra cash in my salary? Nothing about our life is excessive and I'm doing all i can to be a good employee. My boss probably wouldn't pay me 34% extra just because I want to be a dad lol.
FWIW, I have 3 years of engineering experience, should have my PE next year, have some experience with project management, moderate experience with PSSE for power flow studies, and i work closely with our ISO. I'm also good at computer programming.
Id be open to switching jobs or fields, but I'd assume switching fields would make me start over again as "entry level" in that field and i dont need any paycuts. Id be willing to go management for my family, but I prefer technical roles. I also don't think I'd be ready to be an engineering manager yet, but maybe after a few more years I could do it.
I just need some advice because I'm not sure what the path forward is for me. Thanks in advance!

I do the click on the planet that makes it so users don’t show up at the bottom and it literally does nothing for the lag. Should I email msp? If I were to graduate from Masters program, will I be considered as having more than one Canadian credential? In general, does the credential have to be from Masters program?  | Hey all. I'm really new to aerogarden's / growing ANYTHING. This is my second batch that's growing a white mold near the soil. This has completely stunted growth of my parsley and Calabrian Chili's. It can get much worse than this, but I've been wiping the mold with a q tip once a week. I have two questions: - what is this from?
