I’m flying from Cape Town to Atlanta with a layover in JoB. My company booked it for me and it says the first flight is operated by SA link LTD dba Airlink. I have no idea what this means, but what I do want to know is if my baggage allowance applies. I’m bringing a 70 pound bag on the way to Cape Town, but I don’t know if the same rules apply to this leg since there’s an airline I’ve never heard of involved.

Hi guys, the office I'm working for is searching for a new platform. Currently we are using Vyne but we are looking for something different as the can not split up the texting and insurance verification and their proc8ng went up almost by $100 in the new year. With this being said we spoke to SolutionReach but the sales representative is very pushy and the reviews on it make me nervous but I've used this platform before and love it just makes me nervous to sign a contract with them. They are giving us 3 free months and our monthly bill afterwards is $249 if we go with them. With this. Being said it makes us nervous to go forward with them. We are considering using dentrix text but was wondering what others use and what makes it work for you or what to avoid.
We use dentrix for our operating system.

Hey friends -
IDK if this is a weird question but it's something I really need help with.
Tabletop position hurts. Holding my knees up at that angle hurts me more than anything else we do in class. Is there anything an alternate for tabletop when leaving the legs neutral during other exercises?
When we go from tabletop to 90 or straight up, it's ok as soon as I get out of tabletop :(

 | Trying to limit the bulk and maximize functionality. The keyfob makes it a little difficult, and I suppose I could just carry that on the shackle with the keys. I like to carry a dedicated folder with me and want to be able to carry some kind of multitool and flashlight, but the full size versions just add too much weight and bulk to the pockets. Any suggestions on other tools to use, or a different way to carry the keys? I just have them hanging out in my pocket and they kind of bunch up at the bottom. Also curious if anyone has recommendations for something to replace the toothpick with on the Rambler. Hi all! I’m curious about universal screener scores. My second grade son has had several 70s% and 90s% kind of back and forth but has been in the low 90s% for the last year. His winter areading score, though, put him in the 63%. It seems odd to me for him to drop to this much suddenly. I know how the screener works- it’s a snapshot of his abilities and he’s in the typical range still… it just surprised me. Should I ask his teacher about it? I don’t want to go overboard. I do want to work on things at home if there’s some area where trees falling behind.

We’re first time home buyers who are looking to buy home insurance. From our research Belair Direct is coming back quite a bit cheaper than its competitors, however we’re not sure what an appropriate amount to put for the “Rebuilding cost” is.
The app says that we can enter a value between $120,000 and $1,499,000, and the default suggestion was $502,000. This amount gets double and this 2x amount becomes the home and contents “single amount” coverage.
The issue is that we have no idea what it would even cost us to rebuild our house, it is in Toronto and was purchased for $1.5M, but we know that a lot of that cost is in the land, so rebuilding is unlikely to cost that much.
To further complicate things, Belair has a “Guaranteed Replacement Cost” policy. Given this policy, what stops us from entering $120,000 and calling it a day? It seems like everything will be covered anyway. Obviously we won’t be doing this, as we don’t want any troubles if we ever have to make a claim, but we’re concerned that whatever value we put in might be considered misrepresentation and could cause us issues.
Any advice would be appreciated!

As a safe space for black women, I hope this doesn't get taken down. I'm an early 30's college student who has survived breast cancer at 30 and all I want to do is just live. I'm trying my hardest not to stress about this unfolding situation in the WH but between my mother and her conspiracies about this entire election and working in a sector that helps those in lower income brackets all I can do is feel a sense of stress swelling in my chest. I'm queer, I'm black, I'm female, my partner and I want to live and travel and own a home and I just feel like that's impossible. There's like... a bleakness about today going forward. I'm not saying I want to give up a fight but like, we've seen it all. Swine flu, the whole Y2K thing, 9/11, never-ending wars, housing market crash, COVID, like bruh.
My therapist is gonna get an earful on Thursday after my class; shout out to black female therapists!
But for real though, can we just exist peacefully?
