My husband and I have been running a small electrical business for 10+ years and never had any real issues until now.
My husband (maybe stupidly) accepted a solar job from a big solar company as work was slow. He quoted the job and they accepted it. Job was completed and invoice was sent and the company are now saying they’re not paying the quoted price? They are now trying to negotiate all the prices.
My husband did sign a basic contract with a base price per kw but stated via email he would not be doing this job for this base rate as it was so far away and had a fair bit of extra work involved. They asked for a quote and this is all in writing and they accepted it in writing.
I’ve had a look into the company and although it states a Sydney based head office and number it seems they are actually based overseas.
Are we fucked?

Great news! TNT has implemented commas in the auction house at last! As such, we believe that neopians will have an easier time pricing their goods, and have removed the auction goof flair from the subreddit. As a reminder, all selling/trading of np items should go in the daily thread, which is always pinned at the top of the subreddit :)
On an unfortunate side note, if you play neopets in a different language, bidding on auctions may be broken for you at present. My understanding is that this is caused by the swapping of commas for periods in some languages. Hopefully tnt will fix this soon!

Hi all, so I used to take Sertraline and was then taken off it back in August 2024 and have been on Duloxetine since. Sertraline was no longer working for me at all, I suffered from blepharospasm in my right eye and then also noticed muscle twitching on the right side of my body. Since getting off Sertraline, this doesn’t occur constantly like it used to and noticed it only occurring when I have over one shot of coffee or am really fatigued or stressed.
I was wondering if this has happened to any one else? When I don’t have any coffee it’s fine and can have soda and other caffeinated products okay, it’s just one or more shots of coffee and I noticed the spasms or seizures? My GP is no help and told me it’s just my anemia - definitely not just that. Any ideas about the interaction of caffeine and antidepressants causing focal / absent seizures or spasms? I can find some stuff on the web but am looking for more info
