Hey, For background I recently joined a reputed company with a really good profile in management, I like the work and learning involved and the positive impact on my career, salary is good as well. However, not properly able to connect with my manager he is head of the Business, there a lot of differences of work ethics, understanding, thought process, and generation gap making it even worse. Boomer vs GenZ situation. There is a lot to learn but at the same time lots of mental pressure because no clarity about expectations no KT, no proper guidance and offcourse biased behaviour. Indian folks will understand this better. I am considering switching to a new Job to improve mental health, but catch is no one will this level of salary and money is really big factor for me. Any advice what to do?

after a lot of progress and actually getting my life back together, my psychiatrist decided to take me off my meds which i am happy about as i can finally use funds ive set aside for both my meds and my appointments to something else. thing is, its been almost a week and there's just this drastic change. i was asking for instructions for work and i just started shaking and it felt like i was losing my voice. im suddenly afraid of these people. it feels like first day jitters but worse. ive been working with them for half a year now and this has never happened until now. is this a normal thing that would just pass or do i contact my psychiatrist again?

So far, the highest points and best synergy I can combine as an X-Men team are Cyclops, Beast, Forge, Nightcrawler & Colossus
I'm only on level 68, so I haven't unlocked epic X-Men characters like Rogue, Archangel, Quicksilver or Old Man Logan yet. I wouldn't know their stats and combos with the X-Men I just mentioned
Jean Grey was just unlocked, so she works well with the new Eternal X-Men team with Beast, Cable, Storm and Polaris.
Is there better anyone can find? I'm going by stats, numbers and compatible for most game arenas. Thanks!

As an overall idea I understood that I’d have to brush them a bit to remove the sealer, then I can go ahead with about two coats of dye and then a coat of finisher. I’ve seen some kits for sale online but the reviews are mostly genuine leather and I’m afraid that it could be too harsh or simply not work the same on synthetic leather. I read something about it being plastic based and that it interacts with the dying process depending on what I use. Anyway, I thought ha - good thing it's in the history of ChatGPT. I was wrong. The pages simply don't exist. There should actually be at least 10 pages here instead of 2.
