Ideally looking to have: - Double bed - 1.9 x 1.4m) - Desk - 1.5 x 0.8m + chair - Bedside table with a lamp - Potable cooler near window for outtake pipe
I cannot keep the bed on the left wall due to the doorway + the closet being on that side.
Any improvements I could make on the placement of everything + ideas on what else I could potentially keep in the room + where I could place storage for clothes (shelf/drawers) if I decide to add that.

My mother believes it's dangerous at night for females, my curfew is literally at 7pm. I am not allowed to go outside alone. The thing is I'm turning 17 in dec this year. I understand that she is doing this for my safety, for my own good and blah blah blah, but how can I learn to be more independent if she doesn't let me? Our relationship is relatively good, I don't want to fight and argue with her since she is at home 24/7.

Hi everyone,
I am (31M) 185cm tall and weigh 71kg. I am an amateur swimmer and injured my shoulder two months ago, after which I had to stop training. My doctor recommended that I go to the gym after the shoulder heals, and I prepared that by following an aggressive diet over the past 2 months which I estimate was around 1,500 to 2,000 calories per day, which according to InBody measurements (for what it's worth) is well under my TDEE of 2,700.
My InBody results also returned body fat at 13-14%, although I suspect I am on the higher side (since abs don't show at all). I have the skinnyfat type with small arms and a stronger lower body than the upper body.
I have started a gym programme with 4 sessions per week with a personal trainer (2 upper body, 2 lower) and kept my diet more or less constant - a typical day goes like:
- Breakfast: 0.5L of full fat milk and a banana
- Lunch:
- 300g of grilled chicken
- 200g of rice
- 200g of vegetables mixed in 200mL of full fat milk
- Afternoon: One scoop of whey protein powder (140 calories and 25g of protein) - if gym day, I take it right after the workout
- Dinner: 130g plain yoghurt (full fat milk)
- Tons of water - I usually drink 3L of water on top of the milk
The plan going forward is to continue the caloric deficit for 6 weeks to hopefully start seeing the abs, then gradually increase the caloric intake to 2,500-3,000 over the following 6 weeks.

So, humans, at the sight of that prepared: their entire space empire expanded to encapsulate in a protective bubble of redundant fortified systems (in this universe FTL work like Stellaris one, where the galactic lanes created defensive bottlenecks, only in a 3d space this time) and inside the arm thousands of systems got colonized and hidden from the Orion inhabitants to serve as homes for the civilian population and as part of a logistics chain filled with redundancies.
For centuries mankind has hold the line against the horrors of the rest of the galaxy, protecting what might be the only safe haven left in the galaxy (YES, EVEN IF IT IS FILLED WITH CANNIBAL NAZI LIZARDS AND SHADOW GOVERNMENTS EVERYWHERE, IT IS STILL LEAGUES BETTER THAN OUTSIDE OF THE ARM).
One day though the line falter just enough for some of the horrors to slip by and push themselves as deep as the VP system.
That is the moment where, to protect them, mankind finally reveals itself to the rest of the galactic arm.
What would be the Feds, Arxurs and KC reaction to all of this?
