Hi everyone, next November I will be for two weeks in Japan for my honeymoon.
Our plan will be to land in Tokyo, stay there for 7 days, move to Kyoto for 5 days and the remaining 2 in Osaka where we have the flight to come back home.
Moreover, during the second week, we would like to speed some of the Kyoto days in nearby cities to visit just for one day and keep our hotel in Kyoto.
My question is, which is the best option transport option for us? I mean, what should we use in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka and to move in nearby locations?
I need to mention that we also saw that JR pass for two weeks in much more expensive than few years ago, and possibly we would like to have other options to save some money.

2025.01.21 06:11 babeelegs Concealment: Recovery bug— Deposit ingredients not registering
Hi everybody. I was able to destroy the first arachnid containment unit by depositing the ingredients and killing all the scorpions. I went to the second unit, and deposited the correct ingredients again, but this time it’s not registering that items are inside the unit. The little check boxes indicating that they have been deposited remain unchecked. I’ve tried taking the items out and putting them back in, as well as logging out and in multiple times. This is really pissing me off because I worked very hard grinding for these ingredients and I want to finish this mission. Does anybody know of any fixes for this? My google search didn’t show anyone else having this bug.

So for context me (21F) and this guy who is 24M met on tinder in late feb of 2024 and talked for around 8 and half months. He’s very emotionally unavailable and whenever I would bring up things that bother me, he would shut down, not want to talk about it and completely dismiss my feelings. He was not like this in the beginning stages of us talking. When we first met he was very open and honest with me but as time went on and we got more involved he gradually shut down and started distancing himself from me. There would be times where he would ghost me for days, sometimes weeks and come back like nothing happened. It finally got to a point in November where I messaged him in November and he never responded. We still follow each other on Instagram and he posts stories regularly but never watches any of my stories. Now fast forward to yesterday, he added me on Snapchat as a friend and today he added me to his private story where he posts a selfie of himself from 2 months ago in a mirror. I have not heard from this man in 2 months and I’m extremely confused on why he would do this. I don’t know if he wants me to reach out or if this is just a manipulation tactic or if it really means nothing and I’m just making this a big deal for no reason. I probably sound crazy for even debating on reaching out to him but I really would like some advice

Hey all, I wanted to ask for feedback before making a purchase. I currently have a hardtail MTB that I use for everything from my local trails to overnight bikepacking, but I want to dip my toes into some road/endurance riding. I might end up doing some group rides but I’m not planning on racing.
My wants were mostly:
*Ability to run tires from 32-45mm *steel or aluminum frame *non proprietary components (threaded BB, round seat tube, non-integrated headset) *modern 11-12s groupset *budget: $1800 or less
I’ve mostly narrowed it down to these 2 bikes that are on sale with great looking specs
First is cannondale topstone 1 with mixed Grx 2x11 for $1535

Then I also saw this diamondback Haanjo with SRAM APEX AXS 1x12 and available through Costco for $1650

The Haanjo looks like a lot of kit for the money but I wasn’t sure about a 1x groupset for mostly road riding.
What do you all think? Is 1x12 electronic groupset okay for noncompetitive road/gravel riding? Is electronic shifting worth the extra 100$ over 2x GRX? Or should I be looking at something else entirely?

Ichigo could've had more cat-like reflexes, but not based on the housecat. A WILDCAT.
Zakuro could've been more like a wolf.
Mint could've acted more bird-like.
The only ones who kinda were like their animal DNAs were Lettuce and Pudding.
Berry is part rabbit, but she only hops high and craves carrots. Hears really well, too.
Ringo....doesn't act like a penguin. But then again, she's a very minor video game character.
Would you add more animal instincts to the girls?
