Hi, Atlanta transplant here. We have this amazing Korean bath house/sauna establishment named Jeju in Atlanta. It’s a 24 hour massive spa, with multiple saunas ranging in temperature, heated floors throughout, a gym, a nail salon, a food court, and best of all (and what I’m really seeking) is a “French body scrub” service. The women’s locker room/nude area has a hot tub, even hotter tub, and a cold tub. There’s a steam room, dry sauna, infrared light pad, shaving area, and these wonderful women who will scrub the ever-loving hell out of your whole naked body for an hour. They scrub and massage you, and even wash your hair. This service is like $120 added to the $35 entry fee and it’s soooo worth it!! Does Vegas have a facility like this?

So I (43 m) was diagnosed with localized colon cancer stage 3. Had emergency ileostomy, the tumor had gone through the colon wall and was touching the stomach, no other spread detected to other organs or lymphnodea. The oncologist plan was to do 6 rounds of folfox then surgery and the 6 more rounds of chemo. The CT scans during this initial 6 rounds showed that the tumor was stable according to my oncologist, no shrinkage but just stable. 4 weeks ago they found something on my lung and requested a biopsy, 2 weeks ago I had a meeting with surgeon and he sounded very positive about a favorable outcome after surgery, he said he wanted to see the results of the lung biopsy and ordered more detailed CT scans. Monday comes and during my Oncologist visit she said bad news, the lung shows colon cancer has spread and the CT scans show lesions to my fatty tissue above my colon and some lymphnodes, and that surgery is no longer an option, also that im stage 4 now and there is no more options other than treatment to extend my time.... this seems like so much happened in the last 30 days to get me from a favorable outlook to no more remedy! Did my oncologist miss something on the scans she ordered? Has anyone else have had this happen so fast? I am trying to get a second opinion but this justs seems odd that it spread so fast, going from stable to no remedy in such amount of time. My mind is all over the place and struggling to focus and trying to find hope with a second opinion.

So the past two days I was finally able to find some raid teams that let me stay on. Learned a few things:
Running into ultragenic miners is bad. It really does work to ignore the nearby fuel canisters. When there’s only one player left he can get the last few cans easily. When you’re facing the squad you don’t need to keep damaging the generator that’s attached to the dead ones. When you’re on the level with all of the crystals try not to back up into ultragenic miners. It’s bad. When you’re on the snake level keep an eye on the ground; stepping into the crap is fatal.
On rngesus; the very first plan dropped for me was the Vulcan calibrated shocks. I have 1 arm plan and a bunch of torso pieces. No legs yet.😸

I want to add footwell lights to my NB, and preferably have them turn on with the sunvisor lights. Govee sells LED light strips which are pretty cheap, but I'm not sure if those can be wired to turn on when the doors are open. However, those lights work by using the car plug but I already have my Bluetooth receiver connected to it (I do have space for 2 USB ports). Any suggestions on which lights to get and how to get them working would be great!

ich war gestern zum wiederholten Mal in meinem örtlichen Fitnesstudio um vor der Arbeit noch zu trainieren. Als ich am Studio ankam, sollte es seit 4 Minuten geöffnet sein (6:04 Uhr). Es war aber noch zugesperrt und alles dunkel. Ich dachte mir "Gut, dann warte ich halt ein paar Minuten, wird ja bestimmt gleich aufgesperrt". Nein, wurde es nicht. Ich habe bis 6:45 Uhr im Auto gewartet und es kam niemand. Laut Rezensionen kommt das in der letzten Zeit sehr oft vor, Zitat: [...in den letzten 5 Tagen drei Mal morgens zu gewesen].
Nun meine Frage: kann ich eine "Entschädigung" vom Studio verlangen? Ich kann eben arbeitsbedingt nur morgens trainieren, bzw. um 21-22 Uhr habe ich einfach keine Lust mehr.

Using the Anvil Siege Force detachment rules thus far. As you can see from the first 2 photos, my current idea for a 500pt game list.

Any ideas or suggestions?
