I honestly dont even know anymore, maybe the interenet is making things sound worse then it already is. I'm 21, barley making money, my health sucks, and everything is so expensive. If my parents were to die I would be homeless. I have no ambition, I don't knkw what to do with my life. I'm so sick of existing. I'm scared we are going into war or something dystopian soon. And then that makes me not want to di anything because whats the point? if we all are gonna go to war or I can't afford anything. I want to move out if America so bad but I'm broke and dont know any other language besides english.
I'n chronically ill--- I hate that so much. I just want to be better. The food in america sucks, the healthcare sucks.
Everything just sucks.
I just want to go away.
sleep forever or something.
I dont know what career i want to do, I dont want to do anythjng. I dont want ti work 8 hours everyday, that sounds so miserable (and it us because im tired all the time) I cant even afford my phone bill I owe $250 (I left my job cause of health reason so couldnt pay and then they charged me extra) why are these conpanies so greedy. I dont have a car or license, I'm scared to drive but then I want to drive.... But whats the point if I'll never be able to buy a car š
I want to go to school (community) but I dont know what for and I just dont know hiw to navigate school with an illness, i hate my life this is so unfair. I hate God for this, I hate my parents fir giving birth to me and bringing me into this stupid world. deep down inside I hate them so much

Iām new to this sub but why canāt I ever get a resolution with her. I genuinely think my mother is a narcissist. I genuinely think that I will never convince her that sheās not understanding me when I tell her the way she hurts me. I think I canāt convince her anymore. Iām so hurt I have even already wrote her a suicide note and I said do not take me killing myself as a way to feel sorry for yourself. I am killing my self bc of u. I wish u genuinely understood I was trying to make u love me and u never did. U can never put ur pride to the side but I donāt think itās pride anymore I think itās genuine ANGER. She gets so offended and feels attacked. She says sheās sorry in such a condescending way. I will break it down for her telling her there actually can be a resolution if she just understood how I felt and apologized even empathized with me. When my dad is in the room she fuckin changes like the camera are on. He even tries to explain to here where she is wrong. He yelled loud as fuck right now saying JUST FUCKIN LISTEN!!!! My dad is an empath too. She is genuinely the complete opposite and I can see how heās perfect for her.
Idk what the fuck to do anymore I spent genuinely 3 hours trying to convince her. Iām so done I canāt do anything to get her back or hurt her the way she does. I donāt want to give her a reason to play the victim if I am dead from suicide. Sheās horrible and I wish she wasnāt. Thatās all I want is a good mom who understands me and knows I donāt want to fight I want her to understand me.

On my mom's side - I have 8 lakhs in savings + fds and 17 lakhs remaining in education loan (30 lakhs was the limit - paid semester fee)
She also has 10 lakhs in National Savings certificate (Post office) which the agent again has said won't be counted.
My question is barring mutual funds and National Savings certificate, I am just at the amount they have asked to show +around 29 lakhs)

Ladakh region is a part of the Indian Himalayas. As it is located in rain shadow area of Himalayas, it is extremely dry. It is also situated at a very high altitude.
Almost entire valleys of Ladakh are at least at height of 3300 meters. In the past, it was part of silk route, and it lied on an opium trail connecting opium produced in himachal to Yarkand in present day China.
I traced a part of this ancient trail from Leh to a village called Shyok along India-tibet border. It is a strenuous hike that I managed to complete safely in three days.
Prior to hike, I had acclimatized myself by doing multiple day hikes in Leh.
Following is elevation and distance profile of hike:
Day 1: Leh to Kaunkele campsite via Digar La pass.
- total ascent: 1579 meters.
- total descent: 1141 meters.
- total distance: 25 kms.
- highest point: 5423 meters.
- total ascent: 1395 meters.
- total descent: 1883 meters.
- total distance: 22.6 kms.
- highest point: 5114 meters.

Before anything: Yes, I've tried therapy from a psychologist before this query.
But I'm at the end of my rope. I genuinely feel something has to change with the way my brain is wired for me to get better, especially since I'm part of such a heavy, technical field in work.
Please. Can anyone recommend psychiatrists who can diagnose and prescribe safe medication for treatment of mental health issues? Preferably ones you actually went to. Would appreciate any experiences you may share too.

Hi all! I tried browsing this subreddit before asking anything in here but I couldn't seem to find anything that matches this description, and I'm curious to see if there are others in similar positions. Rewind to a little over month ago and I was a perfectly healthy person. No signs of hearing loss, never experienced vertigo, some mild tinnitus but nothing crazy. Don't think I've ever even had an ear infection. On a random Sunday, I got out the broom to sweep the house, and suddenly it felt like my entire house was violently spinning. I'd never experienced anything like it before, and honestly I kind of pushed it to the side that day, until the following day when I was having similar episodes at work. I started having this pressure/fullness in my ear that hasn't seemed to subside, and the tinnitus in my right ear seems to have taken over any thoughts I could have. Fast forward to the present and I've had little stretches where I feel ok but out of nowhere I will get violent attacks of vertigo, enough to knock me off balance. The tinnitus in my R ear is still crazy, and I even went to the ER. They had found fluid in my R ear, but they noted the liquid was not infectious, and they weren't sure why there was a build up. It wasn't until this weekend that I experienced a noticeable change in hearing in my R ear, which was my wife asking why I'm yelling in target, right before I had began another episode, this one lasting about 4-5 hours, where I spent most of my time in bed.
That's the little about me and where I am in trying to figure out if things are actually Menieres. But I was curious, have any of you been pretty much perfectly healthy before randomly breaking out into episodes? Is this atypical or are there others in similar situations. Thank you!

I know this probably gets asked all the time but Iām really interested in learning and I have background in other instruments but I donāt have extensive experience with a string instrument. I also donāt have the money to pay for lessons but I do have a decent amount of time on my hands. How hard would you say it is to learn to play Scruggs/bluegrass style ā much prefer the sound of that to clawhammer though I know claw hammer is probably easier to learn.
