 | I liked the movie's themes big times and really enjoyed the storyline. However, the ending didn't feel like it was plotted for all throughout the movie. I have thought about the possibility of this ending hinting at Taeko's seemingly growth out of her emotionally neglected self at grade 5, with lots of self esteem issues. But her getting together with Toshio still feels off, throughout the movie I found him to often be way too self centered about his own ambitions, not necessarily a bad thing for his own self, but the ending with them getting together didn't feel organic as it was almost that he was dismissive of Taeko's recollection of her memories that caused a sort of weak bond between them with him starting to talk about 'oragic agriculture' whenever Taeko was talking about her memories. So when he wasn't present enough to share the solidarity with Taeko's as she was transitioning, his passive interest in Taeko feels false and unrequited. Overall, his character was very undeveloped to match that of Taeko's character and that made him appear as an emotionally unintelligent character who wasn't very present or likable. So to end it, for me, writing the resolution with them together and kids from grade 5 left behind wasn't strong or satisfying enough rather it appeared forced and superficial. I'm new and prefer to play with a physical board than online I'm looking for a set from Etsy and came across some beautiful wood crafted set However I can't be sure if those stores (either from Armenia or Ukraine) are legit, because they all got 5 star stellar reviews that praise their items are heirlooms to be passed on to generations. When I was in DR, we went to a beach about half an hour away from Santo Domingo that I enjoyed. The beach was relatively nice and there were was a bar that we ordered beers from while we relaxed.
Like Santo Domingo, it appears that the beaches in PDC proper aren't necessarily the nicest ; so I was wondering if there's anywhere easy to get to from PDC for an afternoon trip where we do this.

I’m playing on PS5 Pro and I’m finding a lot of the landscape textures are very lo res rendered even when on quality mode and just walking around. So for context, im a senior in HS. Ive had a friend that ive split apart with several times because of her choice in men. Ive tried to be good friends with her. I was never a homewrecker, nor did i ever have any romantic feelings towards her. I let her live her life. We recently went through that cycle again, and are friends again. Shes talking to a friend of mine on call tonight, and her brother is in the room. Her bf says something about me (she doesnt remember what he said) and her brother spoke up and said something along the lines of "Be careful, he LIKE LIKES her, he ruined all her relationships. So just like, dont trust him. And she like continues to be friends with him."
Idk what to do. Its like 2 am and i just opened that message and i cant stop thinking about it. Shes one of the few close friends i have that talks to me and wants to hang out and i dont want there to be some extravegant fight over some dude (Who mind you i actually like her boyfriend! Hes a really cool guy and i met him at a friends house. I hope he doesnt get upset at the seeds of doubt her asshole brother sewed.) Im just super anxious about what tommorow is gonna look like, i told her to call me first thing in the morning.

So when I saw him I was very nice and polite and complimented him. And then I became overly sexual. Like I basically just threw myself at him. I wanted to prove I didn’t think he was a sex offender
We never had a conversation about boundaries or safewords or anything. I just assumed it was my role to start things whenever we saw each other
In the night I started begging him. He tried to politely tell me that he didn’t want to do it by saying he was tired and had a headache. But eventually he said fine. I feel so guilty about this
He told me later that he didn’t want to do it. That he felt afraid and like he couldn’t say no. I feel horrible. I had no idea. He did try and let me know but I ignored it. I spent so long perceiving him as a threat that I was just trying to give before he could take
Regardless of my intention, it still impacted him. And I should apologise

Hey everyone, I’m reaching out because I really need some advice and perspective on a difficult family situation that has weighed heavily on me for years.
I have a 26-year-old nephew who has been through a lot of trauma in his life. He was in juvenile detention when he was younger and has struggled with behavioral issues ever since. My sister had him at 16 and, over the years, she’s faced her own challenges, often leaving him in the care of my parents. Unfortunately, he’s become extremely isolated—he doesn’t go out, lives off food stamps, and sells anything he can for money. He’ll randomly buy large amounts of food, stuff my mom’s fridge, and then leave it out to spoil. He spends most of his time indoors, often just sitting in silence wearing a mask and staring out. He doesn’t have a job and has even dismantled things in my parents’ home (like their old washer) to sell for scrap, despite being told not to.
My parents are at their wits’ end, and they’re planning to sell their condo and move out with my 7-year-old nephew, whom they’ve adopted. The elephant in the room is: what happens to my nephew when they leave?
My sister, who now has Section 8 housing, can’t have him live with her due to housing restrictions. She says she’s tried to help him set up therapy appointments, but he refuses. The truth is, we’re also afraid of him. He’s a big guy, kind of a gentle giant, but there’s an underlying fear that he could react unpredictably.
I’ve always carried guilt over his situation, feeling like I could’ve done more to protect him when we were younger (we’re about 7 years apart). But now, it feels like no one knows what to do, and the whole family is avoiding it.
