Think about a snake that shells its skin. What happens to the skin? Thr snake just discards it and continues with their life. If we observe humans, many will eat their burgers and simply throw their trash into nature since its not their problem anymore.
Surely thats no excuse to behave like an asshole, but if nature didn't evolve species to care about their surroundings, evolution itself is partially to blame, what do you think?

J'ai été embauché il y a un an maintenant pour faire un boulot d'ingénieur télécoms dans un domaine très particulier. J'ai pu négocier un très bon salaire (+25% par rapport à mon ancien job) parce que les compétences demandées sont rares et que mon CV répondait bien aux exigences. L'entreprise (PME) m'a littéralement déroulé le tapis rouge au début, j'ai même pu négocier certains avantages.
Le client principal de mon expertise (une entreprise du CAC40) a décidé de ne pas tenir ses promesses, et donc de ne pas renouveler le contrat avec l'entreprise qui m'a recruté au bout de 9 mois. Je me suis donc retrouvé a être en CDI pour un sujet qui n'existe plus, avec un bon salaire. Mes chefs m'ont immédiatement proposé de devenir commercial, car selon eux j'ai du potentiel dans ce domaine. J'ai accepté. Nouvelle situation : je suis un commercial junior, sans formation pour ce domaine mais avec une certaine appétence, payé au moins 15k de plus qu'un commercial junior. On m'a expliqué qu'on attendait beaucoup de moi, j'imagine que c'est parce que je suis beaucoup mieux payé que mes collègues commerciaux.
Dans cette situation, j'ai comme l'impression ne pas avoir droit à l'erreur. Je me demande s'il est sage de rester ou de partir vers une autre entreprise où on me propose de faire de la technique, comme avant. Je veux donner une chance à ce changement de carrière, mais je ne pense pas avoir des conditions de travail optimales à l'amélioration de mes compétences. L'entreprise veut faire du chiffre et vite.
Que feriez vous à ma place ? Tout conseil serait apprécié. Merci.

Hello, I am 16 and I've been suffering with this "Real event ocd" I have not been diagnosed at all by the way, I'm just calling it that based off of my own judgement. Anyways, It's not just one event but it's multiple events at a time, My brain is constantly replaying these events, and trying to figure them out and its honestly terrible, It's very confusing because there is some events where I know I did something wrong, and I feel disgusting or terrible and then there are other events where im uncertain and I'm stuck trying to find certainty about how the event went, my brain jumps to the worst thing. I've never been to any therapists or psychiatrists or anything like that, But I'm scared to go to a professional and open up about these events because they're terrible. My mental health is terrible right now, I can barely get up and do the things I need to do and I feel so terrible.

I thought the CPAP would fix things with my sleep but I've been using it for 2 months and my waking honestly has gotten worse. Since I was pregnant, 2.5 years ago, I've been waking up 3-5 times a night. The CPAP seems to have made the issue worse. It takes at least 30 minutes to fall back asleep each time.
Could this be due to my deviated septum and excessive congestion loosening/dripping/causing sore throat?
Anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions?
