Do you think it’s possible for me and my girlfriend to share one spot and my other two friends to have share a spot on another line? Or it’s gonna be very uncomfortable?

I have been working out for about 4 months now. I started with Just focusing on going in calorie deficit while working out, not really focusing on my protein intake. I began noticing that my muscle mass was slowly declining along with my fat % , so I began eating Just Meat to get enough protein. My fat was Just running of while myscle mass was going up, while feeling great. After a few weeks i started to get rash from effectively beeing in ketosis, so I started eating carbs again. Now i really struggle to get enough protein while staying in a deficit. Any tips?

i have a really heavy flow and have to use ‘always maxi pads’ size 5 and they last 2-4 hours during the day, and not to be TMI but i feel like i often get UTIs and “diaper rash” from pads. also tampons are uncomfortable.
does anyone know of an alternative solution?

Listen, I’m queer, trans and I thought I’m asexual. Most of my teen years I’ve never cared abt relationships, kissing etc I also openly started saying that I’m ace (i know asexuals can and might want to be in relationship) but then I got super drunk with my ex, we had extremely long make out session and gave each other oral. Did I regret it or was upset abt it later? No. Now I know I was severly depressed most of those years, a bit traumatized by my parents that I had to live with and overall exhausted from pression to be perfect in school. I think bc of this I didst feel sexual attraction (I was extremely stressed but also didnt have anyone to have sex with so I didnt even bother thinking abt it) but I did masturbate. Now I dont identify as ace anymore.
So, Im doing masters degree now and my bachelors I wrote about trauma responses. And in almost all cases asexuality, low libido, not wanting to be touched etc were listed as trauma responses. Literally in all books I read, whether be it an old book or freshly made. It also said that relationships, being close with someone, physical touch releases cortisol thus it might be a reason that some people despise it: because it causes traumatized ppl too much stress.
Now, I’m with my amazing bf but we’ve never done anything sexual. He acts a bit childish in this area, he didn’t have the courage to tell me it openly so I had to force this conversation and make him explain to me and eventually he told me that also he has cptsd mostly caused by his parents so hes working on himself (hes on therapy). When I asked if he doesnt find me attractive, why he doesnt want to be close with me physically he just said its bc hes asexual.
Its been some time since our conversation and Ive noticed hes been way more open abt his feelings, hes way more adorable and touches me more (still not sexual but its a progress) and he said that yes, hes working on learning how to connect with his feelings.
So by reading all this scientific literature and by seeing it in myself, I really begin to think that asexuality isnt “normal”. Its probably a trauma response and imo asexual people don’t see or maybe dont want to work on problems from their pasts

Day 2. Laying in bed. It's 3AM all I want to do is relapse. Nothing would make me happier. All day I've been trying to resist the urge. I have noticed that when I watch prn I want to vape again too.
