I have setup a phone SMS server by getting automate to "ping" (HTTP GET) the server every 10 seconds. If there is a message to send it gets the phone number and the message and sends it on behalf of the server.
Is there a way to have a constant server connection or have the server ping automate?

I recently swapped out my motherboard due to some malfunctioning USB connections on a horrid MSI B450 POS. I previously had consistent gigabit connection to my local network, but am now only connecting at 100Mbit. I've checked ASUS website and reinstalled driver and confirmed I am running most up to date driver (2.1.4.3 2/20/24.) Also, most up to date BIOS. I've swapped out my computer to wall cable with 4 different cables and confirmed they work properly with a differnt computer. To note though, this is a home network with 4 hand made terminations, but it worked properly on my previous motherboard. This is the current configuration
3' 5e > wall plate > 40' 5e > TL-SG105> 30' 5e > wall plate> 3' 5e > AC4000 > 1' 5e > Metronet Router
Yes, I know i need to try a direct connection to router to confirm that this is not a bad cable/connection, but it is a long run and just wanted to make sure there is some known issue out there with software or motherboard first. Also oddly i'm seeing green status lights on MOBO port, but orange on my switch??
I appreciate any ideas or information you might have.

Hey friends -
27f BP2 here - was put on XR150 as a replacement for Wellbutrin since its not available in France publicly. Had great results for about a month then it all came crashing down where I was p much sedated through the holidays and gained 15lbs in a month. SO went off of it cold turkey about three weeks ago.
Here's the issue, since coming off I DO feel so much better about myself, the weight is coming off thankfully but I am having absolutely DEBILITATING anxiety and for the first time in my whole life I'm consistently not sleeping well (and I sleep like a log and could easily 12+h if you'd let me before this)
I have both a (tiny) Xanax 0.25mg and Valium 2mg script which I use like alternating for anxiety and sleep of course but like I can't be taking benzos everyday to manage like just normal life. I don't even have like bad things going on right now in my life to cause me this level of anxiety. I'm more highstrung than I was during my last hypo episode and starting to fall into a depressive....
Anyone been through this / have similar symptoms / gotten better after ?? it's rough rn

So i'm a boy, 14 years old. And im kinda addicted to games and my mother and father are mostly dissapointed in me. Especially my father since he worked really hard at my age and seeing me beeing so lazy at the computer makes him sad. I tried to be better a lot of times but most of the times failed because of laziness. My father tries to make me do everything on my own, cook myself food, wash my clothes, find important and hard to get information on my own. I understand why is he doing this, he tries to prepare me for my adult life. But im having lots of troubles at it.
Anyway to what i wanted to ask about reddit. Is what in your opinion would be the best for me to do on my own, i mean what is a basic thigs i already need to know how to do at my age. Im really scared i won't be ready for some really important things in my future while everyone else learned it when they were 12.
I will be grateful for any answer
