Cheers. I have an induction hob and for several reasons I wish to buy a converter plate.
I'm keen on finding one which doesn't scratch the glass.
I read in some commentary that it's best the plate isn't wider than the magnetic coils. Is that true? It sounds strange to me because induction-ready pots and pans are usually wider than the coils, if one were to really test where the magnets are. I was thinking of purchasing one as wide as my widest need.
What has worked for you?
