Has anyone noticed in her past three vlogs (I haven’t watched them) but that she is in Texas?? And includes in the title something about Texas….its like what was the whole purpose of Jalen even moving and she still just winds up being over there somehow. Also who is making sure her house is clean bc we all have seen that Money can be messy and her house just looks crazy when she’s gone, and if taj is still there, is he expected to clean up HER house?? Another thing i noticed but never really liked was her always taking her dog on the plane with her ever since the dog “refused” to get in a carry on crate, when really Monet just didn’t want to physically put the dog in the crate so she last minute registered her as an emotional support animal. Monets actions almost remind me of those of a child sometimes, and even Jalen said in the podcast he look at her and sees a child…. she leaves messes like a child, she does things to get her way like a child….i truly just want my old favorite content creator back bc omg the way ive watched her change for the worst is really sad

2025.01.22 00:32 tadc Mom's neighbor died, house has been empty for years. How does this usually work and is there anything we can do to move things along?
My mom lives in an over-50 community in Oregon. Old guy next door died/maybe off'd himself (rumors differ) literally 4-5 or more years ago.
The lender had the place winterized and has basically done nothing since then. Once in a long while they will send someone to clean up the yard if my mom complains.
So far the biggest issue she's had is blackberry vines and rats encroaching from his side of the fence but I'm concerned squatters/tweakers will move in eventually and it will be a serious safety issue for her.
What could be taking so long to resolve? I'm guessing maybe it's tied up in probate? Surely the bank wants it's money back.
What's the most effective place to complain about something like this to light a fire under the process? She and I could even buy the place and rent it out if that was an option to get it occupied.

She's just been diagnosed with cancer and she's only 36.
Budget is somewhere around the $300 range and I'm not sure where to start. Hopefully something that can be used in our battle against this thing. Would ECG or any other features be helpful?

NOLO.ORG reports that the White House told them today that the new passport rules will not be retroactive and only applied upon renewal.

Hey there, I'm in the process of creating a brand to promote my digital products and WordPress plugins. The name I like is already taken as a .com domain (it's parked), the .co domain redirects to another website, but the .com.au TLD is available.
As an Australian developer, I'm fine with using the .com.au domain, but I'm concerned about potential issues with user perception or SEO performance, especially with a global audience.

This part of my gum is sore and I only noticed it this morning when I was drinking baking soda water, this spot randomly started hurting so I looked in the mirror and it seemed red . So I brushed, flossed, mouthwash, and salt water rinsed the area. Let me clarify about the baking soda lol: it's for my bladder. My urine is acidic and I'm having a terrible flare post surgery.
