First off, you have no idea how encouraging it has been to see you all eagerly embrace my new Instagram account @affir.meme, thank you all.
That said, my creation of an Instagram account was not an end in and of itself, but rather a means to developing a platform to share my findings from my research of anti-gay theoogy from the past year. Every meme I post reflects a truth I have observed in my research, and want to communicate to everyone.
Having explored this subreddit, seeing the continual impact of the lies of anti-gay theology is causing the matter to weigh heavy on my heart. I have a book in progress that debunks all the lies I have found in the foremost anti-gay theological arguments from people such as Robert Gagnon, Kevin DeYoung, Voddie Bauchum, Rebecca McLaughlin and their ilk. I hope the book will be a game-changer, as other pro-affirming literature simply makes positive cases for affirming theology, with occasional critique of anti-gay theology; whereas my book will make the case for the utter incompatibility of anti-gay theology and the Bible.

Sorry for being long-winded, I've certainly buried the lede already, so let me cut to the chase:
I want you to tell me any and every question you have that, if answered, would... 1. Help you to better advocate for yourself as a gay Christian 2. Sharpen your skills in answering anti-gay theological talking points, 3. More convincingly prove any given clobber verse's illegitimacy as an anti-gay prooftext, or 4. Anything else you need an answer to
If you ask it, I promise I will answer it on my Substack and/or in my book. Offer up any question that an anti-gay pastor would ask you, offer up a question that people have already asked about on this post (how else will I know about a question's prevalence?), let me be your "Got Questions?" (except I won't lie to you).
I will incorporate all of your questions into a schedule on my Substack, where I will answer them weekly, one at a time (and won't acknowledge you as the source of the question unless you really want me to). Let me help you on your journey of faith by answering your questions...bring it on!!

2025.01.22 00:21 Most_Tax_2404 AITAH for wanting to end things with my girlfriend because she doesn’t know what she wants in the future?
I'm 30 and she's 25. She's a fantastic girlfriend and super sweet, but she has no idea what she wants to do with her future. We've been dating 5 months and while not right away, I wanted us to have some sort of plan for our future if we were to be together. She wants to go to Europe to get her masters at some point while I just moved to her country this year.
We just sat down and had a hard talk that I wanted to have and I feel like it's over. In her mind, she wants to go to Europe but doesn't know what's going to happen after that. "We can't predict the future" is what she said. I asked her if she planned on coming back and she said she didn't know.
I wanted her to commit to us having some sort of future together in order for us to stay together while she goes for her masters. But she doesn't seem like she wants to make any plans. She wants us to have fun and see where things go.
I told her from the beginning of our relationship that I am dating to find the one to settle down, move in, get married and start a family with. She said she may want to do that eventually but isn't sure just yet and thinks I'm over thinking the future.
AITAH for wanting her to commit to our relationship and plan for a future this early? Am I too focused on the future and not the present? I just feel like for what I want, if I dedicate my time and heart to her only for her to decide to stay over there and it doesn't work out, then I'm just left alone with a broken heart.
