I am not saying I support this, but I am wondering how likely it is that at some point housing demand becomes so high that we up zone places like Dorchester and turns the old school triple deckers into large apartment blocks? I have heard this idea passed around before. I love triple deckers and find them quite bucolic but I also understand need for housing.

I’ve been with my partner for a relatively short amount of time, about 7 months, she tells me she’s never had a serious relationship before which at first I thought was a red flag but after reading a few comments on here I realise is something that does happen. After a month of officially being together she was still replying to guys who had hit on her before on Instagram. We have mutual close friends, one of which was trying to find a meme on her phone and saw the messages. Nothing sexual and completely standard replies, still replying implies you are keeping your options open no?

As the title said, I changed my profile picture to an art piece used by a musician who I like, and my profile was automatically changed to NSFW. I tried to switch it back to SFW on both my phone and laptop, to no avail. Even tried different browsers, like Chrome and Vivaldi and Qute. I've looked at similar forms elsewhere and many of them just ended with a moderator manually switching the profile back to normal. The fact that I'm a minor (though I'm only days from 18) only makes the NSFW flair even less accurate to my account.

This doesn’t make any sense to me because a makeover implies a complete transformation… Why do people get surprised that the townie looks completely different? Literally the definition of a makeover is a complete transformation. But then people will see a makeover that doesn’t 100% resemble the before and piss their pants over it, especially if cc is used. I'm planning on getting a mini 4 pro, as I have vacations coming up in april, june, august and more. So my initial plan was to get a mini 4 pro sometime before april.
With all the talk around a mini 5 pro, I was thinking if it would be worth waiting until it's released and then grabbing one (assuming it comes with a 1 inch sensor)?
I currently have access to an old mini 2, and could use it for my upcoming vacations, but of course I'd much rather prefer to use a mini 4 pro or newer for those.
So I guess my questions are:
- Does it make sense to wait on buying a drone, and hoping for a swift release of the mini 5 pro?
- If waiting doesn't make sense, how does the used drone market look like? Should I buy a mini 4 pro with fly more kit, and sell the mini 4 pro, once the 5 pro drops? And is it reasonable to think that I can use the same equipment as for batteries and controller?

2025.01.22 00:41 Reasonable-Water3167 TPLO surgery aftermath and questions
My English bulldog had TPLO surgery this morning (9 hrs ago), so I know this post may sound absolutely crazy and I’m sorry in advance I’m just so rattled by the care my dog received. Skip to the next paragraph for the questions. She was given 2 meds she is allergic to during surgery. I had them listed in all caps on the appropriate area of her forms this morning and told the tech verbally when they brought my dog back. Basically just seeing she got these meds completely threw me for a loop and I couldn’t even focus on what I wanted to ask about recovery because of worry and anger from the carelessness.
BUT she is not moving her back leg at all. She is dragging it along completely limp. I asked if this was normal and they said yes because of anesthesia but I don’t trust this vet anymore. Is this normal? She cannot stand on her back legs. It looks like she’s trying but can’t. When will she want water and pee and poop again? I’m so worried I can’t think straight. Thanks in advance.
