Una de las cosas que mas se mencionan sobre los fumadores es que estan demacrados, son flacos, amarillos, dientes feos, etc etc y muchos efectos de dejar de fumar van de la mano con la estetica, mejora la piel, el pelo, los dientes, etc etc.

I just brought mine home from the FFL, and noticed that the serial is followed by 'DE 24'. I'm guessing that the 24 is the year of manufacture, and I'd imagine DE is either Dezember or Deutschland? Is there anyone that's more familiar with the markings on these that could shed some light?

I am a 29 (F) and I just left a two year abusive relationship. Mostly emotional but also physical abuse. My ex was a bad alcoholic, who also had an alcoholic family so they would never help me hold him accountable.
He moved in with me and my son 1.5 years ago (my son is not his child) and he was truly great to us. But when he drank he got super emotionally abusive to me, and at some points physically abusive. Thankfully none of this happened in front of my son for two years, truly I feel blessed just to say that.
That being said, I had the balls to kick him out over Christmas and he took everything from me. Our couches, our table, our bed, and more. Leaving me in thousands of debt. Even took gifts he gave me and my son including my son’s Xbox controller.
It has been a month no contact and my car broke this week and I life hours from any family or friends (did I mention he made me move where he is from?) so I had to call him for help to get my son to school. He came to help and was really nice.
Today he came over piss drunk and made me go insane over manipulating me with his words, later threatening to beat me (I have this on video) but there is nothing I can do because he’s on my lease and the cops won’t do anything.
I feel helpless, everyone in my life keeps telling me to use him for money and help since I have no one around but at this point I don’t know how much more I can take. I want someone in his life to care about him and actually help him get help. I want to feel safe again.
I just, I don’t know. Has anyone been here before, trapped after an abusive relationship but still needing their help because they left you with nothing? I feel so lost.

Me explico. Fui seleccionado para una de las carreras que quería y estoy a punto de matricularme. Pero tengo una admisión especial que está en revisión en otra carrera de la cual tengo mayor interés y tendré los resultados durante las fechas del segundo periodo de selección (además de tener la mínima fe de poder ser seleccionado en la misma por otros medios del demre). Mi inquietud es que si me matriculo, no podré matricularme en esta otra carrera aunque cancele la matrícula actual, ya que al estar "matriculado" ya no figure como postulante en el sistema :( y pierda el beneficio de selección.
Cualquier duda y aclaración es bienvenida, gracias.
Pd: Se que existe el Derecho a retracto en educación superior, pero mi duda va más por lo último que escribí.

2025.01.22 00:22 xhiyiix Favourite game in the series and why
I've played all the style boutique games now but none of them were as good as the original DS game for me. I did enjoy playing all of them and I really like some of the additional features in the 3DS games that I felt were lacking in the original.
Maybe it's just a nostalgia thing as I played the original a lot growing up but I also feel that the art style and character design in the first game was unique and more visually appealing I don't know why they changed it in later games.
I also liked the customers in the first game a lot more... Idk they just seemed like they have more personality and I would have favourite customers but I just ended up skipping a lot of the dialogue in the later games.
As the title of this post says... what is your favourite game in the series and why? I'm interested to see if people feel the same or if there's something that I'm missing in the other games

I’ve just starting trying to use BG3MM after a long time just using the in game one, and I’ve started to experience these super annoying problem with the loading screen and character creation (overlapping texture that never go away) and now it’s just started to not let me even go to the character creator, just sending me back to the main menu. I just know I'm getting 1 star review from a student with whom i just finished a 45 minute instant session. Kid was fighting me the whole 45 minutes: "what's the answer, what's the answer??" I just kept on explaining each step until the student couldn't do it herself. Finally almost ran outta time before finishing a bit more complicated example and she rage quit right there. No thank you. No good bye. Just threats of poor reviews the whole time. So frustrating! We're not here to help cheaters. We're here to help the student understand and learn the topic at hand so they can do it on their own.

I was doing some loot runs into the Burnt Forest from Chemical Plant earlier today, and got caught in a fight with both IPSF (automatically hostile for some reason), who I’d never seen before, and a group of mercs. I guess I took cover far enough away for long enough for one of the IPSF guys to loot his dead buddy, because when I came back to finish them off, the last one had an extremely weird suit of armor in his inventory.
The icon was literally a 3x2 picture of bread, with some placeholder name full of underscores. It had pretty incredible stats for the mid game (3ish bars at least in every category), and was actually wearable with two artifact slots. I wish I’d saved a photo of it for proof, but I sold it ASAP out of fear it might bug something out. Has anyone else encountered this at all??

I’m from another country and I’ve recently been offered the opportunity to join a sorority. The thing is, I don’t know much about sororities, and what I do know is mostly from ChatGPT. I’m feeling a bit confused and would love your advice!
I’m looking for a sorority that aligns with these priorities: 1. Strong alumni connections – I want to network with people who can guide me and help me with opportunities in the future. 2. Academic support – Things like study groups, tutoring, and scholarships are really important to me. 3. Community service – I value giving back and want to be part of an organization that prioritizes this. 4. Personal growth and leadership opportunities – I want to grow as a person and develop skills that will help me succeed in life.
I know all sororities have their unique strengths and are great in their own ways, but I really want to avoid one that’s focused only on gossiping and partying. I’m definitely open to having fun, but I also want an environment that helps me grow academically and personally.
