Hi! I am in a bit of a conundrum it seems. Currently, I am technically a first semester 3L; however, I transferred from a different school as a part-time student thus I need to complete an “extra” semester meaning that I will complete my degree in Dec 2025. Should I still attempt to apply for 2L summer positions?
Info: I aim to practice IP law after graduation and will have completed ~24 credits hours of coursework in that area by the summer. I do not yet have a technical background (I will be completing my FE certification to make me Patent Bar eligible this summer).

Hello, I am an operations executive with 5+ years experience in leadership and project management, with 2+ years experience in knowledge developing and implementing AI systems to outcompete.
I've been tracking my applications in a Notion database. For the past 30 days, I have now applied to 125 roles with 38/125 having chose to move on, 3/125 having offered an interview opportunity and the rest are "no response" or "need to follow-up."
I haven't needed or really considered using a job recruiter, but I am running out of time. I was a dedicated, passionate contractor in my latest position, but it did not leave me with much time to search for and land a job when I was laid off a week before the holidays.
Has anyone had any success with using a job recruiter or know of anyone who has? If so, what agency would you refer?

As the titles says - I read books on live streams, right now I don't monetize it but I want to. I monetuze my other live streams, but I'm concerned about doing it with these because I'm not sure of the legal ramifications.
It would take weeks or months to finish a book, there is discussion among several people during the streams along with the chat.

El tema que todo está muy caro que no lo podemos pagar y si podemos debemos trabajar el triple esforzarnos demasiado, todo porque llegan ellos y fácil dan más que nosotros. Nos están desalojando de nuestros espacios y trabajos, ni siquiera se molestan por hablar el mismo idioma. Me ha tocado ver en restaurantes como avientas y tratan mal e incluso gente gringa en las calles que se ve que tiene problemas mentales hiriendo a gente mexicana por la xebofobia. Y ahora este Trump amenazando así, yo vivo en frontera que va pasar ya van varios años que se habla de guerra y si lo veo extremista pero cada video que veo se ve más fuerte. Que si bien también nosotros hemos ido haya nosotros vamos a trabajar vamos a generar, vamos respetando las leyes para no ser deportados nos molestamos en aprender su idioma y en pagar impuestos; no es lo mismo. Este cabron nos está culpando por algo fuerte que está en SU país. Tengo miedo para ser honesta jajaja

So, we have as many opinions as there are people in this world as far as a specific Pi price per USD.
But in my mind, there are only a few major camps, considering only a few major factors:
- It's essentially worthless. Pennies or less per Pi. This group believes anything from: it's a scam, it's poorly managed, supply is too high, and/or they want to talk about how 99%+ of cryptos are worthless, so, in a vacuum, Pi is statistically likely to fall into that range for any number of reasons already stated, or yet to be discovered/understood.
- A handful of change to a couple bucks. This is the middle of the road in my opinion. A lot of people have put a fair bit of time into Pi, and there's a community of people pushing it. It's got to have SOME value.
- A few dollars, to maybe $100. This is where the true believers live. This is a good project, with real money backing it, 100lb brains at the helm, and millions of Pioneers supporting. This is what I think even the founders believe is possible. This is where we could be if everything goes right. This valuation would have to fend off bag dumpers and scams and fraud, as well as it having to be supported by a robust ecosystem of people and businesses accepting Pi.
- Anything over $100. This is where I think, while anything is possible, we have to start really scrutinizing how this can become reality. Not just launch, but the next several years will have to go really well for this to be achievable. I'll never say never. Look at Bitcoin. And IMO, Pi has numerous advantages over Bitcoin. But Bitcoin does have one MAJOR advantage. It was first. And it's WIDELY adopted. Already. Pi, and what I mean by that is, the global community of Pioneers would need to nearly universally work toward adoption together to make this possible. I'm not quite seeing that, yet. But I do have hope.
- "GCV" any value well over $100. There are a lot of people who truly believe in this. They truly do. But in my opinion, this is pretty to extremely far-fetched.

Trying to figure out if this is possible and I need to keep shopping for a more technically versatile paint shop or if it's not really a thing.
A few years ago, a guy in the paint dept at HD told me he could mix a paint to a given RGB color value. Now, a few years later and another state (NY), the paint shops around here can only do named colors from the paint suppliers.
