Hey Reddit family. I need advice ❤️ I currently want to get enrolled into WGU because I heard a lot of great stories about it and how it’s a very fast to get your bachelor’s degree. I currently want to get into law school with my business accounting bachelor. My plan is to take WGU for the credit and transfer it over to the university of college I will be attend (they currently take WGU credits ) And finish remains classes at my university to boost my GPA while studying for the LSat. 2025.01.22 01:17 prettyrecklesssoul I was so close. It was almost over.
On top of everything going on, I’m upset because my LE has come back almost full force. I started distance myself from my LO as much as possible considering we work together. I’ve also started befriending his best friend which I know on paper sounds bad but it’s relevant for what my delusional self is about to say. Anyways, I’ve been basically talking to my best friends and people in friends with at work and his best friend a lot while talking less and less to him. Now all of a sudden (maybe not all of a sudden idk), he starts to talk to me more frequently. Like literally walks up to me wherever I am to talk to me abt random stuff. Granted he did this before but not this frequently. I’ve had more interactions with him this past week than the past month.
This is the delusional part. I feel like this is happening bc I have been talking to his best friend a lot more than him. I have actual conversations, laugh with him and stuff, you know, like normal coworker interactions or whatever. It sounds so stupid but the limerent part of my brain believes he might want some attention or something idk 😭 I’m ngl even though I am pretending to myself I’m annoyed, I’m enjoying it. Today me and my best friends were on our breaks together and he literally slid in randomly, jokingly asking “omg guys like, should I do my nails?” and he was so close to me, literally like, I don’t even know how to describe it but he was pressed up against me basically. I didn’t even have time to process it in the moment and I’m processing it now and good lord I’m dying from happiness.
I was literally so so so close to getting over this LE and viewing him for what he is which is a coworker and then all of this happens and I’m losing my mind trying to get ahold of everything. I literally hate it. But ofc I’m also enjoying the absolute joy that’s coming with it. Part of me feels like he knows about my limerence and is maybe thriving of it. Which doesn’t make much sense in reality bc I hide so much shit he literally said I’m emotionless after my best friend said I’m so emotional lol. Realistically, he doesn’t know anything. All the things I’m assuming he’s doing on purpose is literally just that, assumptions based on fantasy and not reality. But limerence doesn’t listen to facts and logic so it’s time to thug this out and try to maintain low contact from my end. Not sure how imma do it bc with him talking to me I have to resist with every fiber of my being to not seek him out.
One thing I’m grateful for is that this is still the least intense LE I’ve had to date. Still intense but I’m not bawling my eyes out every other minute and contemplating self deletion at every perceived rejection. lol.

2025.01.22 01:17 CompromisedOnSunday My story continuation musings
The thing about final episodes is that they can close of some story lines, but others are left hanging. I have been thinking about the final scene with Paige, so here goes. Sorry it's long.
After parting ways with Philip and Elizabeth Paige returns to the location where her stuff was buried and retrieves her items, keys, identity docs etc. She then makes her way back to the safe apartment and uses the retrieved key to get in. In Episode 9 when Elizabeth tells Claudia she has thwarted the plan, the camera shows Elizabeth depositing her key on the entryway table.
In spite of Paige's earlier issues with secrets and lies, she was being groomed to enter the State Department. She was learning about the spy life despite Elizabeth's white washing attempts. She told Elizabeth she was committed and ready. Paige knew that deception and loneliness would be a big part of her future. With parents having been deep cover KGB agents the path into the State Department is likely closed off.
At this point Stan is the only one that knows that Paige knows about her parents. All that Stan knows is that Philip and Elizabeth came to pick up Paige. It is implied that Paige is leaving because she asks Stan to take care of Henry. Stan can't reveal that he knows anything about what happened in the garage.
Paige tells Elizabeth in Episode 7, after hearing of Marilyn's death, that she wants to fight for a cause, it's what she's always wanted, to make a difference. She feels that youths in the US are unaware of how the system is designed to keep them down.
While Paige may be physically distant from her parents, I think that communication with them may occur sooner than we think. I expect that Paige will connect with the Centre and find a different way to fight for the cause, while also completing college. I also expect that Philip and Elizabeth as experienced KGB field officers with deep knowledge of the US will be given significant roles in the Centre, but they will likely need to be segregated from those that run Paige.

Déjenme explicarme primero, no soy homofóbico, respeto a todos los seres humanos independientemente de su orientación sexual, estoy dispuesto también a respetar los pronombres, femeninos o masculinos, por los que cierto individuo quiera ser referido, despreciar a un ser humano por sus gustos personales es un acto asnal.
Lo que me parece estúpido, es el que quieran sentirse orgullosos al respecto, me explico, el orgullo es definido como el sentimiento de satisfacción originado por un mérito, siguiendo esta definición, el sentirse orgulloso por pertenecer a esa comunidad es un acto carente de sentido, naciste con esa característica, no es algo por lo que tuviste que esforzarte para obtenerlo, no tiene mérito, no es un logro, ¿Por qué sentirse orgulloso al respecto? Esto mismo podría aplicarse para el orgullo de la raza o el patriotismo irracional.
Lo peor es que este orgullo en particular es desmedido, tienen un mes entero donde lo único que se ve es sobre ello, e incluso cuando no es ese mes, solo tienes que ir a subreddits como Terraria o Doom, los cuales no tienen que ver en lo absoluto con la comunidad, e igualmente tienen a una bandera en su foto de perfil, ¿Por qué mostrar el orgullo en un contexto donde no hay relación alguna? Es aún más incongruente todavía.

2025.01.22 01:17 Legal-Maintenance-43 Need a new job.
I have been working office jobs for the past 10yrs and I hate it. It honestly makes me miserable I dont like sitting, I dont like just staring at a computer all day. I have been wondering if I could do a more physical job, more blue collar or hard labored job. Im not sure though if I am cut out for it or if Im starting too old Im 32. As a man I just dont feel like I accomplished anything at the end of the day at my office everything gets done but its all just numbers, spreadsheets and data entry. I didnt have a dad who could guide me and I feel like Ive lost my sense of direction.
