Stretches for super tight upper back?

Years of being in a chair has really messed up my upper back, causing me a lot of pain when simply trying to sit with “good” posture.
I can’t afford a physiotherapist and I’ve tried researching it myself but a lot of the stretches I’ve found require a working core and/or legs to do properly. I know of the doorway stretch for the pecs but what else can I do?

Hey all,
Could you guys give me pointers and check if the specs I was planning make any sense? This would be in an A3 wood.
MB: Gigabyte B850M AORUS Elite WiFi6E Ice
AIO: Lian Li Hydroshift
CPU: Ryzen 7 9800X3D
GPU: Hopefully a 5080
PSU: Lian Li SP850
I was planning on putting the PSU with fans facing the front panel. Hydroshift would go on the top. I was thinking Lian Li Unifans (intake) on the bottom and 1 in the back (exhaust). I haven't bought anything besides the CPU so open to changing anything out based on suggestions, thank you!

Hi there,
Looking for some opinions, I (43F) recently started dating after never really dating before. Was curious about OLD so have that a whirl. It was a great learning experience but was overwhelming and felt like people were either just looking for casual sex or were planning our entire future together after a few days. There were a few guys that I continued to talk to that were not so extreme. Turned off the dating profile to see where these may go. One messages me often, doesn't seem to prioritize seeing me though a d never wants to do anything aside from going for a drive. I have been chatting with him for almost 3 months and we have met in person 4 times. He seems guarded and not overly strong social skills but there is something about him I like. He also only makes plans the day of or the day before...won't plan further out than that since he said things happen and he doesn't want to be disappointed. Guy 2 I have been chatting with for a month, messages once a day or so. It is hard to have a conversation since he will respond and disappear until the next day. I am not sure if he has strong boundaries and is not online often or what. He has never mentioned much about meeting in person. Seems more emotionally intelligent and intrigues me.
My question for the group is this usual timing? It feels like disinterest but they both have expressed how much they like me. I like the messaging but I also would like to spend time in person. Guy 2 I have never met but it has only been a month. I don't know how much to pursue or do I sit back and see if they fade out or eventually ask if I want to do something?

I got my first tattoo earlier this month and think I may have caught the bug. Went with inner forearm (although I feel like it's not quite placed right, but I mentioned that during stenciling and the artist stated his case and I gave in 🤷). For a (possible) second, I think I want my other inner forearm. I think it's a good spot for a SAP, but I don't wanna go with the usual mostly black, traditional SAP everyone else seems to get. I want a twist on it. Like a different animal or even a character or object. With that being said, show me what you have that's in the traditional SAP pose, but not the usual version. On here, I think I've seen a Pink Panther and a crocodile/alligator, a dachshund... I have a couple ideas in my head but wanna see what other people have to see if it speaks other ideas
TLDR: I wanna see SAPs that aren't panthers

he's an old man and, i don't remember exactly, but after the lightning hits him he kind of rejuvenates or stops aging or something. whenever i tried to look it up i got "the curious case of benjamin button" and "the age of adaline" but neither is. about this movie i remember very few things, like that it was vintage at least aesthetically, since i remember scenes of old cars (models from between 1910-1940) but i'm not sure if the movie is from those years, in fact i don't think so, but i'm not sure either. i also remember that it had a few sexual scenes (? one of them with a woman in black lingerie, with whom the man had previously had an encounter in a balcony or terrace or something like that. not much more than that. about the scenes at the beginning, which is when the lightning thing happens, i remember a shot of the man's umbrella after being destroyed by the lightning and, again, i'm not sure, but i remember all of that sequence in a yellow tone, if that helps at all, i don't know.

Here we are a month later and as we knew the insurance put the other driver at fault. I want to get my vehicle fixed by their insurance. how do I go about this? Do I contact my insurance to do so? Do I need a lawyer and just sue their insurance?
