Hello 26m here ive been sick with the flu now going on day number 6.. bpm ranging from 147- 124 for days with occasionally dropping to 55bpm for 2 to 3 minutes then back up to the 130.. severe fevers ranging from 103.9 to 101.8 and thats with taking thermaflu and nyquil round the clock.. i now have a lower temp of 100.1 and 99.8 butt i now have wheezing and now i hear a gurgling sound when i breath. Urgent care told me its just a flu youll feel better soon. But im not sure i started coughing this stuff out.. fair warning it is gross looking and contains some blood... so view at your own will.. idk what else i need to do or say at the doctors to get checked for different sicknesses. Im unsure how to add the photo š¤¦ so if i can add it into the comments i will but please if anyone knows what i can say or do to feel better pleasee send me anything, thank you for your time!

2025.01.22 04:25 Pretend-Week-7002 Gun enthusiasts or gunsmiths, would fallouts pipe weapons really work?
So playing 4 and especially 76 I've never really looked at pipe weapons. However recently I made a Bloodied less ap cost pipe rifle for my rifleman build and I've been taking closer looks at the gun itself and wondering if it would actually work.
I've seen Brazil and the Philippines make some insane homemade firearms but nothing like the pipe rifles. Plus most of them I've seen are .22lr and maybe 12 gauge here and there.
I'm not asking how to build them, but simply the pipe rifles we do have, base game would they work? Or what would need to be changed or tweaked for them to work?

Hello so I have one trans girl friend (not girlfriend!) who tells me a lot about her relationship with her father. She started to realize being trans at 14 and the thing is, her father technically always supported this. He let her take meds and buy girly clothes and didn't outright insult her. However, he sometimes says she will "grow out of it, as she's just confused now". But then he adds he will support and love her even if she doesn't. Her father also calls her "son" half of the time. (This isn't related to anything, it's basically random, not a mood-dependent offense mechanism.) When she corrects him, he just rolls his eyes smiling and corrects himself saying "fine, fine, whatever you like, daughter" (but not mockingly). He also isn't your average conservative, who will go ranting about how the "lgbtq ruins the youth". He just doesn't really care about any of this, however he also tries to make his child happy. And she said he is indeed good ad that, he is a great and affectionate father, who both gives attention and buys things to her and she had a good upbringing.
So the question is, what should we do? Should we do anything at all? I don't really know. She said it's annoying sometimes but she forgives this as she knows he loves her even though he doesn't understand her.
