I currently have an office job in finance for a good company with great benefits. I honestly have no “real” complaints about it, other than I feel completely empty, bored, disengaged, unattached and purposeless. My problem is that I have reached a level of exhaustion in which I have no drive to make any kind of significant change since I wouldn’t even know where to start, but I am so sick of staying in current situation.
I know that this is all due to chronic depression and burnout, which is why I feel stuck, trapped, unmotivated, bored and basically not creative or joyful at all. I used to be someone who loved to learn and try new things, but I am so burnt out that I have no desire to try anything new at all - which is giving me an identity crisis since I don’t feel like my curious and inquisitive self anymore… I honestly haven’t felt like myself in three years.
So I’m asking you guys for strategies or any kind of “out of the box” thinking that can help me find a way out. How do I determine what I can do for a living without feeling completely miserable? I mean I need money and a way to occupy my time during the day. So what can I do? I really need help. Oh, I’m in my late twenties.
I already go to therapy, but my focus in it right now is emotional regulation. It was the most urgent issue to address.

Hi everyone, Lately I've been getting bulk international calls - more than 10 every day, from UK, UAE etc. They are all spam/ scam, and call from a different number every time. I block every time but it's of no use because of new numbers. Attaching a screenshot.
My ask is - is there anything I can do to not have this? I'm in office and my phone keeps vibrating and disturbing all the bloody time. Can't even switch it off because I get work calls. Please help!

Nag pa derma ako last yr because of my acne. Maliit yung acne at makati sya parang small bumps under my chin. Meron ding mga malalaki na masakit. I had a severe itchiness just last year aug so nag decide ako mag pa consult since namumala na yung face ko may times rin na hihiya nako lumabas.
September yung consultation and 15 to 20 mins lang yun naging consultation yung finding sakin skin asthma, nag prescribeyung derma ng antihistamine and cream then yung iba na bibili sa mercury or sa mga grocery. Her cream worth 400 pesos lang kaya binili ko sya kasi to be a honest ayoko na rin bumalik. Pero hindi na wala yung bumps yung acne and itchiness nag li-low kaya akala ko okay na. Just this January bumalik ulit sya kaya balak ko rin mag pa ulit sa ibang derma at balak ko rin mag pa ob-gyn to check if hormonal acne ba sya or fungal acne. Kasi feeling ko hindi talaga sya skin asthma.
