2025.01.22 04:10 BookkeeperHorror3816 Accessory Navicular Pain After Strain Tendonitis
Around a month ago I was playing basketball and badly sprained my foot, I didn't think much of it and I kept walking/going to work. I recently went to a expert and they put me in a boot for 2 weeks, I went back today and I have another week of the boot and 3 times a day of rehab excercises along with arthiritis gel. After this I'm transitioning to a ankle brace along with a sole to improve my arch. I'm really scared what will happen, I don't want to have surgery it's the worst thing for me mentally and physically I feel sad and overwhelmed I can't go to work and since University is starting this is the worst situation ever. The next step if this does not work is a cortosol shot with a cast for 1 month. And finally I'm guessing it'll be surgery to remove the extra bone and screw down the tendons. Any advice or help??

This morning I could lock the house and place a curtain on the sliding door but tonight in a new game I cant for some reason. Solo, same settings, vanilla. I'm not sure if there was an update or my game is bugged? The only difference I can think of is that the basement is different than the one in my previous save. 2025.01.22 04:10 eddiesstuff Jaheira leaving after defeating Ketheric
I just finished defeating ketheric as Myrkul and as soon as I start the cutscene with Aylin and Isobel I get the Jaheira disapproves at the top of the screen. My party for fighting ketheric was shadowheart minthara and jaheira, the first time I defeated him I assumed jaheira left because I humored minthara seeking her approval trying to romance her but the second time I sent her to camp before talking to minthara and to be extra safe I didn’t humor minthara. Both times I get the “jaheira disapproves” as soon as I trigger the cutscene with Aylin and isobel. What did I do? What can I do? Is there a way to get her back as a companion if I move forward? Would I still be able to get Minsc as a companion without her? That’s my main concern I leave Jaheira at camp regardless but I absolutely love Minsc. If anyone has insight proficiency please let me know.

Hi everyone! I'd like to attempt to make "the perfect" ttrpg. I know this is unachievable, however, I don't care. So if you want... You could send your favorite parts (and the absolute worst parts) of the systems you like to play. I know DND 5E (and 5.5E) pretty well and I just picked up a Pathfinder 2E book. I have read the Valiant books, an older edition of Godsend, and I have Call of Cthulhu and Age of the Empire. Tell me everything and leave nothing out. Comparisons between systems is fantastic (like why you like 3.5E over 5E or whatever yk?)... (also if you want to try and teach me your systems 😈😈). Feel free to PM me 🙂

I have recently started a PhD in New Zealand with a potential view to stay in the country beyond graduation. I have been working in the UK for the past couple of years and didn't have time to get my finance affairs in order before I left. I intended to invest some of my savings into stocks and share's ISA's (UK tax free accounts). Since I am no longer a UK resident, I cannot open an ISA. Is there a New Zealand equivalent account that I can open, if I were to convert my GBP to NZD? Or am I better off finding an international stocks and share's account that I can declare the interest accrued on my NZ tax form?

I'm a video editor and need something to use as daily driver + something to enjoy music with.
I don't consider myself an audiophile but I think I have more "appreciation" for music than most people.
I own a nothing ear 2 and I love that to bits but latency issue and connection issue with my mac makes it troublesome to use for editing. (apparently, mac has issues handling multiple btooth devices)
Wanted to get some thoughts if going with the sennheiser ie 100 pro is a great move or am I just better off with cheap chinese buds? (ve, headroom, vido etc)
