Sou Amanda, tenho 19 anos e tenho o Nico há 7 anos. Quando chegamos em casa agora pouco, ele estava no meio da rua. Eu sei que somos uns culpados de merda por permitir que eles saiam, mas eles são caseiros e castrados. O Nico nunca saía de casa.
Quando chegamos ele estava caidinho no chão da rua. Peguei ele no colo, e ele estava como se estivesse vivo, só q não respirava. Não consigo esquecer os olhos dele sem vida. Estou com um estado mental muito fraco ultimamente, um pouco depre, e isso pareceu explodir de um jeito muito ruim. Esse gato é tudo para mim. Meu Nico é tudo para mim.

We are moving forward with a new build and submitted our application and were approved for an amount that is more than enough for the house we selected (yay).
My husband was told it was a soft pull on credit but due to the build time we will have two points where they will do hard pulls (8m estimated build time) no big deal we expected that. My question is: I am working on paying down my debt prior to closing.
Was the initial soft pull that got us our “pre approved”/“pre qualified” amount something where the lender would have calculated our DTI? So they would already see the debt?
Again, it’s aggressively being paid down/off but curious if this initial pull showed them the current minimum payments/total etc to calculate DTI (my understanding is they need DTI to determine how much to loan us).
TLDR: does a soft pull for pre qual/approval allow the lender to calculate DTI

Hello,
I am terrible with tech stuff, and I am worried that there is an issue here. I turned on my computer and firefox started up as it usually does, except there was an error window that prompted the browser to open up in safe mode -- is there a reason why this happened? I'm very confused and slightly anxious.

May close friend ako na nag wo work sa isang Printing company at napag usapan namin mag tayo rin ng printing company, ok daw kasi ang kitaan, nasa 10yrs na sya sa company nila.
May vacant space ako sa bahay(garage) nasa 100sqmeters din ang laki ng garage ko, plano namin dito e lalagay ang business kaso hinde ko mabantayan because may work din ako, pwede ko lang tignan2 pag wala akong work, yong friend ko rin may work, plano nya lang mag train ng worker muna at ako naman ang mag e invest ng mga gamit, bali magiging online printing shop lang kami.
Plan namin mag hanap ng business partner na sya rin magiging business manager.

Okay gripe first to get it out of the way: What is up with the water physics in this game? Because the only source of clay I could find was right on the edge of an ocean, I dug that shit out and now the ocean's got a slant to it. Grr. Okay, real topic now.
I'm trying to challenge myself and make it an issue if I die and have to find my way back to wherever I've hung my hat, so I disabled the basic in-game map, but now I'm faced with the issue of not being able to find my way back to key locations like places I've prospected. Is there a mod that provides a happy medium, like a map made using in-game resources, or maybe a compass so I can even tell which direction is north and which is south? Cheers in advance.

2025.01.22 04:30 DayEven5 Help! Should I drop calc first to learn pre calc?
Hi everyone, Im a first year put into calculus I for a requirement, but I havent taken any precalculus or learned much trigonometry in high school. (The highest math I took was math 3 and stats).
So Im obviously struggling in the class and Im wondering if it would be best for me to drop the class for this semester and come back to it next year, while I self study pre calculus. What do you guys think? Should I take the time or is it possible to just bs my way through calc somehow?
(Now there IS a pre calc course at my school, but I heard the profs dont teach well and a lot of students fail from them, and Im scared this will tank my GPA because I'm trying to transfer over from cc to a UC.)
If self studying/taking a course outside of my school is most effective, what can you guys recommend for me to do? Thanks for reading ! : )

I play belveth and I get laners ahead especially mid and top. They refuse to push and roam and make picks on sidelanes and keep looking for aram fight. How can I facilitate sidelanes play as a jungler as I play a lot of belveth in low elo. I often got lead earlier but teammates force 5v5 without any number advantage and I got cc'ed nuked and so on. Do I splitpush alone?
