I received a random call from my bank offering a home loan interest rate of 6.2%, standard variable rate. This is based on 80% LVR. I checked their website, and this seems lower than their advertised rates. To be honest, I'm puzzled why. By the way, I am a first home buyer.
What rates are everyone getting these days for 80% LVR? and which lender?

Bom, sou M e tenho 19 anos. Namorei por 2 anos e completamos 9 meses na quinta-feira passada, dormi com ele, estávamos bem(ou eu pensava), acordei com os beijos dele, na segunda feira acordei e fui pegar um atestado (pois faço curso) para passar mais tempo com ele. Cheguei em casa de noite(logo após passar o dia todo com ele) e recebo a mensagem dele dizendo que não aguenta mais viver assim, sem ter liberdade comigo. Nos víamos todos os dias, sem exceção, de 16 até umas 20:30 às vezes mais.
Meus pais não gostam que eu durma na casa dele, ficava falando pra casarmos, e eles também já tiveram brigas. Ele diz que não aguenta mais esperar mudanças dos meus pais, pois nos tratam como crianças, e eu concordo, realmente tratam e já vamos fazer 20 anos de idade. Faço curso e trabalho, e nada é o suficiente pra eles.
Meu agora então ex namorado, disse que não aguentava mais viver assim, que queria que eu tivesse liberdade para dormir na casa dele quando eu quisesse, que não falassem merda comigo por isso, que gostaria que eu pudesse sair de madrugada para ficar com ele.
Bom pra mim só não faz sentido você terminar com alguém porque queria ter mais liberdade com ela, agora, ele tem a liberdade dele, só não será comigo que vai usar.

Does anyone know if there is a Google street view or similar car driving around neighbourhoods at night? A car that appeared to have a tall camera on the hood and also on the trunk repeatedly drove very slowly down street, stopping in front of houses. If so, seemed odd to be passing by at night.

i just got home last night from an international trip with 13 relatives. there were 3 kids with us and 2/3 got sick, but my cousin said that the other one’s was just cold and fever and i think it’s true because i can see the kid blowing his nose every now and then, so i think he tu* because of the cold which i know can happen to kids. however the other one was legit v* non-stop on the first day and had d* too. i thought it was food poisoning at first but now i’m sure it’s a bug. the kid passed it to his sister and to my aunt. i’m sure it’s a bug because the kid will touch strangers unprovoked.
now i’m panicking i’ll catch it too. i didn’t have contact with the v* or d* of the kid but i used the same bathroom as my aunt who caught it before she showed symptoms and on the day she first had d* because we were in the same room. my mom, a cousin, and another aunt were with us too in that same room and all shared the same bathroom and so far none of the 3 caught it so i’m hoping i’m safe. however on the day my aunt had d* i used the toilet as well and accidentally touched the rim. i didn’t know she had d* and i was rushing so i forgot to wash my hands. i’m so worried that i’ll get it although my mom said she used the toilet that day as well before i did. my aunt said it was just food that didn’t sit with her or fp* but she tu* again that night. i don’t know if it still persisted but she messaged the group and said she’s okay now.
the only symptom i’m having right now is dizziness. i feel like i’m on a plane that’s tilting and descending even though i’m lying down on my bed. closing my eyes makes it worse. i feel like i’m on a rocking boat. i’ve been feeling somehow dizzy before the flight but after made it worse. i’m scared that it’s sign of the sb* because i heard the kid’s sister said she was dizzy as well and she indeed caught the bug. i already slept and i still woke up feeling the same as i went to bed. the clock is ticking and all i can do is hope. i’ve been crying nonstop and i’m pretty sure i’m never flying abroad again lol
