Im a 19 year old college athlete and I’ve had to stop getting my regular exercise because I’ve been off my legs with knee pain and I was just finally told I have a torn meniscus and I will be getting surgery next week.. throughout this month I have gained a little fat and I feel like I have a double chin developing which is weird because I have had very good metabolism my entire life I’ve been cutting all the useless sugar and processed shit out of my diet does anyone have tips for me for staying healthy and maybe getting rid of this new fat I’m noticing.. and just overall ways to stay decently in shape well I’m not able to do much because after all I am missing my spring season

Had Stainless long tubes installed in a shop with kooks exhaust gaskets. I drove the car a bunch today and it was a blast haha. They were ticking a lot after shutting the car but I know that is normal with metal contraction from cooling. Stupid question, but is there even a break-in period for headers? Like should I not drive it hard for a couple of days? I know its just literally metal pipes.

Hi there, I am a 28-year-old gamer. Ever since I started playing video games for the first time when I was like 3, I have always been a gaming enthusiast. I play all kinds of games, from 3A games, and sports (NBA 2K series, FIFA series, Need for Speed series) to smaller-sized games (Slay the Spire, Hades, etc.), I was keen on trying anything.
Recently, I put together a good gaming PC (4070 Ti Super, 9600X, 32G RAM), and I pretty much bought everything and put them together myself. I remember researching different components and specs tirelessly for about 2 weeks, and I really enjoyed the process of figuring everything out and seeing my PC finally up and running. But shortly after that, I found that I lost all interest in gaming. I'm recently playing Baldur's Gate 3, NBA 2K25, and Hearthstone, but for each game I can only play like 30 minutes every time and then I'd feel burnt out and stop playing.
Seems to me that I've lost the ability to really "dive into" a game. Anyone experiencing the same? Am I getting to old for gaming? I would really want to get back to the state where I can play tirelessly for hours and still feel the joy. Thanks!

Cliff Love was one of the star dancers in most of your favorite rappers and singers videos back in the late 80s early 90s. Killer Ben's death sparked a war between Fort Greene and Brownsville. He was murdered while on the phone at a phone booth, after he had robbed someone prominent from Ocean Hill Brownsville, who was with Biggie & Faith at the time...a little after the Source Awards of 1995. Its said it was because he robbed someone in Biggie's crew, but it would be an insult to belittle that man as one of Biggie's crew members, as he had a name before Biggie was a thought in rap. Killer Ben had just gotten out from a 7 year bid for attempt murder on some cops. The after effects of Killer Ben's death and the war that ensued was brutal, devastating, and sad. All over a rolex stolen. People loved Killer Ben. And people loved the other gentleman. I'm playing Repentance+, and yes I have mods on. This was never an issue, and only happened a few days ago. I'm playing Tainted Apollyon here, but it also happens on other characters. I've noticed that tears up pills update my tear rate and make the tear ups from items kick in. Help?

I saw a new braider and got boho knotless braids. I've only had them for two days and there is already an insane amount of build up. I think she used a gel? My scalp is so itchy and the base of the braid is still sticky and there is visible product. Any advice? Do I need to take them out? Can I wash them with a tooth brush & shampoo or will that ruin them?
