So I had a first official date with a male friend a couple days ago and it ended at his place. He and I were just hanging out and cuddling and talking and he made a comment about how toned I was. I had mentioned my ED before to him in passing but never in depth, so I brought it up again and was like "wait did I tell you" and then he was like "it's not feeding the ED for me to make those comments is it" and i impulsively said no (as the people pleaser I am). But during that night, he asked my waist size, made a comment on how light I was, asked me to tighten my muscles so he could see how toned I was, etc etc.
He was being very complimentary and I don't think he was trying to trigger me, he's just very ignorant, like he thought there were only two Eds and asked which I have.
But I'm slightly triggered because I am in fact underweight, and if I'm so "perfect" now, is any bigger too big? Idk how to handle this.

So today I noticed that there were bumps on the back of my tongue, and at first I thought it was papillae. But as I try to touch it, the more I slide my finger down my throat (still touching my tongue), the more bumps there are and they seem to be bigger and multiple in numbers. It is a bit in the way of my breathing and has been causing me a sore throat. I’m a teenage btw, and I don’t know if I should tell my mom or just deal with it.

Hi all In February 2020 I was awarded the LCWAR onto my UC after a phone assessment. I was told it would be reviewed again the next year (2021) around March.
I've heard nothing since.
As you know, it's now 2025 and I'm constantly worried that I'll have a sudden phone call or text and be made to go in and start looking for work again. One of my issues is anxiety and this is really not helping! So did they forget about me or are they just leaving me to it now and I was given the wrong info? I don't want to ask them for fear of sparking something off lol. Anyone with experience of this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hello, looking for some advice on what I should get tested if anybody has some. I’ve been dealing with brain fog since 2021. It has progressively gotten worse over the past couple years, this year especially. I speculate it was caused by Covid which I got in late 2020, although I don’t rule out other factors. I got Covid in November 20’, and began noticing the brain fog and fatigue around 5-6 months later. I also began some terrible habits at this time as I wasn’t working, those being not getting much sun, not exercising, not eating right, etc. I also was feeling pretty depressed around this time, and my weed use likely made things worse. Last October I had some basic testing done; bloodwork, blood pressure, heart rate, stool testing, and ct scan of my head. Just last Thursday I had the same testing done here at my local clinic, minus the ct scan and stool testing. I was prescribed omeprazole for my stomach irritation and acid reflux, as well as propranolol for anxiety. I’m gonna give these meds a chance to work, but I don’t have much hope to be completely honest. I was hoping somebody could give me advice on other things to get tested for? Thanks.
