Recently picked up Romeo and Juliet... and yeah, I don't care for forbidden romance. I can't really recall any forbidden romances I've liked unless they were historicals. I don't see the appeal. Maybe it's because I'm queer, so the danger and reality of it all hits in these pieces and it's not escapist and freeing like it is for others, or if it's just that the writing bores me or something else entirely, but I legit, don't like the forbidden romance trope.
Really, I'm trying to think of the reasons people like it. Because it's thrilling and against the rules? If that's the best reason, then it's honestly making itself to be a dull trope. Especially when you live the risk of not being able to wed or publicly show love to your partner or know that there's people in your own family who will kick them out based on genderace/the like. I really think the only people who like forbidden love are the people who run no risks of that happening to them in their life. So no, I don't like the trope and find it quite ridiculous in nearly every instance I've read of it.

Seeking help. I went through a whole ordeal of having multiple UTIs, BV, and YI (sept-Jan).
Now, since Dec, my vulva can no longer take being in underwear or any touch. Intimacy is fine, no problems there.
I wear 100% cotton, very light and breezy. Loose clothes.
They gave me clotrimazole and betamethasone dipropionate cream but it only works in the short time. As soon as I stop using it, I can’t wear underwear again.
I’m just so frustrated. Dont know what to do. I want to stop the steroid cream, as I’m terrified of topical steroid withdrawal.

I mean - i have noticed that many of the Christians in Kerala , have Hindu sounding names , which is not the case with other denominations or Christians outside Kerala as they have very foreign sounding name like for example Vincent ( i speaking with a context to Tamil Nadu ) .
Also sredichittiondu that orupad rituals are common with hindus like perunnal - for ulsavam , like thallikettu etc.
Also why are many Christians general category, thought that they were minority in India ?
