 | I saw a video of Jacksepticguy playing this game and I thought it looked really cool. At the tune of writing this, the game and DLC is on sale on steam for $7 so I bought it. It's l downloading now and I will play it soon. Eventhough I watched the gameplay video, I didn't pay attention and it was more like background. I am a hardcore Little Nightmares fan and seeing this game have a similar camera angles intrigued me. The music seems lovely as well. I saw some pictures of the different animals and monsters and I love it so much. A long standing issue of Polaris is that they were hard to balance effectively bc of the freeze mechanic. Especially when used by masses of Mooni and Gaami. But once you find a way to cut off their Mooni and Gaami, the Polaris cannot advance and can only fall back. No other tribe has this kind of dependence on their super unit as their regular ones still can usealmost all of their regular troops and boats to fight back. Only Polaris loses their navy when their ice machines are gone. So as a counterpoint- what if we have ice archers to freeze tiles in the same way that puffers can? This gives them flexibility, as this can still let them push the advantage with their sleds and ice fortresses. And if not that, then give this ability to the Polaris catapults to balance the price.

My wife and I are expecting a 3rd child, that'll make 3 under 6 scouring marketplace, carsales and the like for a suitable family car that can fit 3 car seats to replace her little Mazda 2. Issue we're having with a rough budget of about $15k is finding something reliable, in lieu of the family cars of my childhood, the trusty Commodore or Falcon wagon, what are people looking at? I used to think the Mazda CX line were pretty reliable but my brother is now having nothing but issues with his.

I have had many friendships since I was young end by bad friend breakups, distance, been ghosted, or natural fade.
I can be pretty numb now to friendships, knowing it'll end soon anyway, and not put in effort, or try too hard around them to make sure they stay. I want to be more normal.
It's getting to a point where I get a wave of hot jealousy when a friend mentions they have another friend, it happened today, my newest friend (4ish months) sent a screenshot of a simple conversation with their friend in class and it made me upset. I never share my jealousy to the other person, and honestly find it a bit hard to open up personally. When I do it feels like they'll leave if they see the real me. My therapist told me to think about friendships like having an open hand (imagine a bird landing on your hand, and then being able to fly freely away). I think very hard on the analogy when I'm having issues.
I want to have a fun, secure female friend group one day, I have a total of 5 female friends, 1 I talk to daily, and 2 others pretty often-ish.
Does it get better with age? What can I do to not be so scared of friendships?

Am I the asshole (F42) for thinking that I need to express to my boyfriend (M34) what triggers my jealousy? We have an open relationship; I don't believe that kissing or having sex with someone is cheating. I've made mistakes and have cheated in other relationships, and I have trauma from don’t ask don’t tell policy, which can happen to anyone. My ex hid a parallel relationship, and it was the worst thing that ever happened to me.
The thing is, I met my boyfriend when he had a girlfriend of five years, and we were lovers for about 2 months until he ended the relationship with her. Then it took another 4 months for us to start officially dating, and now we've been together for over a year.
We are not non-monogamous. This agreement exists basically so we don't mess up again, not to actively seek out other people or go on dates. And I insist that we should be completely honest with each other if something happens. I'm disciplined about not invading his privacy; I'm totally against looking at conversations on his phone, and I even look away when people, especially him, are typing or looking at social media feeds. I expect the same from him.
However, my traumas and anxiety make me have triggers in situations where he is talking to someone, especially when he refers to someone as a female "friend" who has no name and is never present, like with a friend of his from the neighborhood who watches my stories and sends him pictures of things and places in their conversations, which he also responds to. I have this paranoia that there’s always something hidden.
But back to the point, when something triggers my jealousy, am I the asshole for saying that it makes me feel insecure? I'm not accusatory or anything, but I need some reassurance that my paranoia isn’t real, even if it’s tiresome for him.
He sometimes responds defensively, and sometimes he doesn’t clarify certain events and argues that "he can't say anything to me because of this."
All I ask is that he doesn't be vague. On his birthday (which he doesn’t like to celebrate and didn’t want to see anyone; we celebrated on the days prior), he sent me a message saying that his plan for the night was "that a friend asked him to help with a project, and he’s going to have a meeting with her." Which friend? What project? What kind of meeting, on his birthday?
Am I the jerk for thinking he could be clearer and more transparent about these things, even if it's just to reassure me?
TL;DR Am I the asshole for thinking it's wrong that my boyfriend is vague about unnamed female "friends" who never show up when we're together, never telling me who they are, what kind of relationship he has with them, or what they do together...
One more piece of info: I have the feeling he confuses places we’ve never been together. That he lies and goes out with someone else and then tells me, "We went there, don’t you remember?"
