Last year I tried a trial on Ableton and found it easier to use but now the trial has expired it's far too expensive for me. I have moved to FL Studio due to cost but I am finding it as a totally new user so difficult to even start learning . I've watched so many YouTube videos a lot of which confuse me even more. There's only one that has been any help. I'm struggling with everything from workflow, finding and installing packs, instruments, packs etc using effects. Has anyone else gone through this. Can anyone offer advice please? I'm wanting to learn to use my minilab 3 with FL Studio before it gets too frustrating that I give up.

While the cloak itself probably makes Harry undetectable it is entirely plausible that a Greater Circle of Concealment would fail to hide him from Dumbledore. Furthermore while Harry promised not to take the cloak off, he isn't magically bound to that promise and could change his mind when presented with new information.
So, Harry takes the cloak off reasoning that the only contribution he can make is potentially transmitting information to Dumbledore and takes off the cloak, and indeed Dumbledore perceives him at a glance. Or hell, thinking about it given the amount of lessons he's received he probably knows the principles of legilimency - attempts to use it on Dumbledore, fails incredibly badly, but the quality of the broadcast was never the point, the broadcast's existence is. Point is, Harry manages to communicate his presence to Dumbledore somehow, who therefore never begins the trap. What happens?

Hello. I need help rooting my Sony XPERIA XZ F8331 smartphone. I cannot complete rooting because the screen in the bootloader goes black and the blue LED lights up. I wanted to install other software in it, but I don't know if it's a good idea these days since the phone is already several years old. In the service menu, the bootloader is written as YES. I have OREO software on it and apparently it would have to be downgraded to marshallow to complete rooting. 2025.01.22 08:06 pedridsz Tenants want to leave fixed-term early, but not sure if the RTA will protect me
I have a joint ownership of a 3 bedroom property, with the other 2 thirds of the ownership being my parents. I moved out of the house, but my parents still live there primarily, and so I wanted to rent out the 2 rooms I previously occupied. We found a small family (2 adults, 1 child) who signed a 1 year fixed-term tenancy agreement about 4 months ago. I opted for a tenancy agreement because a flat sharing agreement didn't seem valid, since I was not living or sharing any flat with them, and neither did a boarding house agreement, since it wasn't a boarding house. To me, a tenancy agreement seemed most logical for this kind of living arrangement.
Here is the situation. 4 months into the arrangement, they told me they found a place elsewhere and want to move out. I referred to the agreement saying it was fixed term, and that they can't just decide to leave before the period ends. I made a written agreement stating that the tenancy could end, but they must continue to pay rent until a replacement tenant is found. They told me they cannot afford to pay rent at both places once they move out and have since been begging me to let them go without paying anything regardless of any replacement tenant, and refusing to sign the agreement. I have since told them that if we can't come to an agreement, then this matter will need to be raised to the Tenancy Tribunal.
Here are some caveats that make this situation complicated:
- As mentioned earlier, my parents live in the same house as them, but the tenants are exclusively entitled to their own rooms (2 out of 3 bedrooms), along with shared access to common areas.
- I am the sole landlord written on the tenancy agreement
- There was a bond stated on the agreement of 2 weeks rent, which they transferred BUT that same week, they missed out on 2 weeks advance rent, meaning I had no money to cover for the mortgage payments, so I was forced to use their bond and treat it as for the 2 weeks rent. They still have not paid back the 2 weeks rent, and I have therefore not been able to lodge the bond to Tenancy Services.
