Is this the best thing to do if you are going to HODL for the long run? Say i've already been staking my ETH, would it be worth it to turn it into a LST and restake it or is the hassle not worth it? So if i were to do this I would swap my ETH for ETHx and then take that ETHx to EigenLayer, but if I go to restake it it doesnt show me what kinda APY were looking at. I would hate to do all this just to find out I was getting less APY than where I started.

With the rising cost of living in SG, I think we need a database for us cheapskates who want to scrimp and save. There's a few food options I can of:
- Cai png - the most obvious. prices can still be $5 and under if you pick simple combos
- KFC's original bowl meal - It's only $5.5 on afternoon weekends so if you happen to have a KFC nearby you, this is great although yeah not that healthy. Maybe 2-3 times a week.
- Mcdonald's $5 meals - It's only $5 (i think, so long nvr eat there) but I personally felt the meal isn't calorie dense enough

2025.01.22 05:13 ThunderEagle22 Should I get rid of Eth and redistribute it to BTC and SOL.
So as most of you know, Eth is not doing so hot right now while both Sol and BTC are outperforming it. Eth was my top 3 assets together with BTC and SOL. But now SOL and BTC have outperformed it. Sure my Eth is still in green, but I feel like redisributing eth to BTC and SOL (and maybe some Sui, I kinda sold early cuz my investment was 220% in profit and didn't think Sui was long-term viable) would give me better results. I feel like SOL has more moon potential while BTC is there for the stability.
On the other hand Alt season might still be around the corner and considering Eth has a ETF it can see some serious growth. So holding on to it might not be stupid.
What do you guys think?
Distribution is around 41% BTC 28% SOL 22% ETH rest is SUI, Pepe, XRP and Rvn.

This woman should have been charged with battery -- her actions clearly appear to be unlawful and they led to a tragic outcome; there's no justifiable reason not to have charged her. Miu's response to her aggression appears to have been reasonable and lawful in this context -- he struck her once, it didn't put a mark on her that could be photographed, yet he was the person charged and convicted of battery. This just doesn't make sense. Miu's lawful right to respond with reasonable physical force in these circumstances seems to have been inexplicably ignored. The youths justified their subsequent mob attack on Miu, pushing him into the water and escalating the situation catastrophically, on grounds that he had unlawfully struck this woman. They were white-knighting. Yet its clear from the video that the woman had initiated bodily contact with Miu and so the youths, despite the excessiveness of their force, had no lawful justification for force at all. Furthermore, the woman's apparently unlawful contact with Miu was provoked by a teenager yelling, without justification, that he's "a ped_ hil_" and "looking for little g_ ls". This would obviously incite violence and indeed it did! So why wasn't the teenager charged with incitement? This only makes sense, to me at least, if they were intending to convict Miu from the get go regardless of truth or law. So why was that? Was it because of the media circus? Was the family of the deceased connected? Was it because Miu is an immigrant? I watched the whole trial and I don't think this case was tried with integrity -- evidenced by the observations I've made here. In my opinion, the legal professionals involved in this case were either biased and/or incompetent. -- Additional -- Here's a general definition of common law battery from wikipedia, and yes its unlawful to make offensive physical contact with a person and yes they can respond when you do so. Don't believe me... grab a police officers arm and shout in his face and it will be explained to you. 2025.01.22 05:13 FREDDYMASTIR PS4 Seagate Drive not being detected
Welp. Accidentally unplugged my 2 TB Seagate external drive from my PS4 while it was on and now it's not being read in either of the 2 USB ports. I have over half of that storage in downloaded games/saved game data and I can't figure out a direct way to get it fixed online (At least not in a way that's simple enough for me to understand). I ran a "Bad Sector Scan" with EaseUS Partition Master and all of the sectors were good. I'm not sure what else to do and I don't want to reformat the drive because it's going to remove all of that data. I plugged another drive into both of the USB ports to my PS4 and everything read fine, so it's more than likely something with the drive itself. Does anyone have any possible solutions and know of a way they can help me out with this?

We got about 5k usd and have a good amount left. Before moving forward with anything we called the insurance to see if left over money is to be sent back or what. They said the rest was ours.
I can use the left over (about 2k) to pay off my car, which will be a huge help to our soon to be 1 income household. But it feels wrong. The damages have been fixed correctly and we’re happy with it.
What do I do? I asked the insurance to make sure spending the left over money wouldn’t be fraud or get us in any trouble; but even with knowing it’s ours now it just seems like it’s not

Been in an LDR since the end of November. We've done what all couples can do over FaceTime. As of the last 3 weeks, she said she's been "really sick" so we haven't really FaceTimed or talked much. She'd also take longer and longer to respond to me. Sometimes it's 6+ hours or even 12 hours.
I thought I'd check her IG today, and what I see is her having dinner and going to the movies with some guy. Let me preface and say, she's told me before she doesn't have anybody. No friends or much family, she's a foster child and that she's never dated.
I messaged her saying, I'm happy you found someone but would appreciate if you told me. She responds back saying I didn't, then immediately blocks me on everything.
Which to me is pretty clear. what has happened. Avoiding any confrontation and just removing me like I am nothing. During the 3 weeks she's been talking/seeing this guy.
