I am 14 and I admit I am a small bit overweight. My parents ( mostly my mother) keep telling me that I need to lose this weight because I am lazy and donāt do anything( I come home at 5 o clock every evening after doing ten thou steps) They made me run 2 k every evening for a month which I didnāt want to do and because of this I didnāt enjoy it. I swim competitively twice a week and enjoy that, but my parents make me feel as if I am morbidly obese and my mother said ā you will die youngā and talk to me like I have no emotions almost like Iām not a person without feelings they talk to me so bluntly. ā you put on all that weight over Christmasā and they get me to start doing lots of exercise that I donāt want to do because Iām not that fat in the first place and I just want to be left alone. It feels like bullying at this point.

Hello, I have some questions regarding the tenancy situation at our flat.
I have been living here for two years, and this year will be my third. When I moved in, we were dealing with a different property management agency than the one currently managing our flat. The change occurred two or three months ago. Under the first property management agency, we had a fixed-term tenancy agreement from February 11, 2023, to February 10, 2024, which then rolled over to a periodic lease. I have this in writing from the property managers. I donāt believe we ever signed a renewed fixed-term tenancy document, so I am assuming we are currently on a periodic lease.
When the fixed-term agreement ended, two tenants moved out, and two new ones moved in. On March 26, we completed a change of tenant form. There are now four of us listed as tenants with our bonds lodged.
Currently, one tenant is moving out, and the rest of us will remain. The agent has stated that the departing tenant will remain liable for their portion of the rent until they find a replacement. They cited a clause from the original tenancy agreement. I requested a copy of the lease agreement the new property agency has on file, and this is where the confusion arises:
However, there are several issues with this agreement:
- The tenancy type is stated as "fixed."
- The rent amount is incorrect.
- The tenant details are outdatedānone of the tenants listed currently live here.
- The tenancy start date is listed as "1st February 2019," and the end date is listed as "6th February 2020."
Given the discrepancies in the agreement, is this document even applicable to us? What is going on here?

I was diagnosed with a degenerative condition and began losing mobility in 2020. My wife and I got married and bought a new house in 2021. She immediately got a job at the local co-op, which I thought was great. Fast-forward a couple years and my health is in really poor condition. I see a specialist who thought a procedure could help me but it ended up taking away the last bit of mobility I had. I officially lost the ability to walk in 2023. During this time I was angry and there was distance between my wife and I. Most days I thought were pretty good but everything was tense because I just lost the ability to walk and it didnāt look good. I used to be a professional wilderness guide and itās extremely hard on me not being able to use my body. I probably could have handled myself better during this time I was scared and panicked and angry and consumed in my own medical crises but never did it occur to me that my wife would take things as personally as she did. Sheās generally a very relatable, down to earth and extremely reliable person,thatās why I married her. but I had no idea to what extent she was using this dynamic to justifying her actions behind my back. We ended up moving across the country so I could see a specialist and we moved in with my family that summer. I had a surgery to insert a tube into my heart where I would run my medication thatās someday might help me regain the use of my legs. She never overtly said it but during this time my wife strongly insinuated to me that she didnāt want to leave to do this treatment because she has such a tight group of friends/coworkers that she doesnāt want to leave behind. This made me even more resentful and tensions were high in those last few weeks before we moved east.
Fast forward 9 months and Iām completely bedbound at this point. Very second things were not looking good. One morning my wife tells me she needs to tell me something. She says that one of her coworkers to had a crush on her just as we were leaving to pursue my medical treatments and that she was sorry she never told me. I knew the coworker because she had talked about him a lot. After having this initial conversation, I remembered that right before we left town she actually went to visit him at his house. Her story was that her last day of work he confessed his loved her and she didnāt know what to say so she just came home and didnāt say anything to me. But after her last day of work, she went to his house. This is all coming out 10 months later as Iām bedbound. Each time she tells me the story she tells me a new detail. Weeks go by we have conversations about this and more and more information comes out. Apparently, after he confessed his love to her, she went to his house the next day and spent several hours there to āexplain to him that they just need to be friendsā. I find out that she goes to his house the second time the week before we left town. This time was to hike. As more time goes by more information comes out and it makes sense as I remember what that time was like. She had basically checked out. I could feel that she wasnāt my advocate anymore but at the time I couldnāt put my finger on it. We have relentless conversations and each time the story changes a little bit and one more piece of information is admitted to. Eventually, I find out that she was egging him on and even told him that she was developing feelings for him. Or as Iāve been corrected ā was AFRAID she was developing feelings towards himā The story goes as we left town my wife cut it off and said this wasnāt appropriate. I remember when we first moved east for my medical treatments within that first month that same coworker was coming to North Carolina for some event and she wanted to meet him for lunch. It didnāt work out. Even more time goes by and become increasingly suspicious as my wife canāt seem to get her story straight. Itās incredibly uncharacteristic of her. I canāt remember or think of another time sheās ever lied to me but the way sheās acting and how good she is lying and how bad she isnāt telling the truth give me a glimpse to a side of my wife I havenāt yet seen. Iām still dealing with this severe sickness and weāre trying to work through this but itās dragged out for so many months. It becomes like a boy who cried wolf scenario. Eventually, I find out that there was another coworker whom she had an inappropriate romantic relationship with. She had deleted a ton of stuff in her phone, put on another device, the same conversations were not censored. I found out that this affair began the same year that we bought this house and she began working this job. Barely over a year since we had made vowels to each other. Once this had come to light, everything she had been saying over the last few months about how my emotional neglect towards her was the reason why she had to act out with another man was thrown out the window. This one happened a while back during what I remembered as a really good time. In fact, I remember that as one of the best times or so I thought of our marriage. We were newlyweds and we had just bought our dream property and cabin on the side of a river outside of our dream town. This is when the first affair began. More and more comes out, and I learned that she actually slept at his house one night when we had a flood and couldnāt get into our property. She swears to this day that he wasnāt there, but that she slept at his house in exchange for her, walking his dog. I know this because I found a selfie she took with his sweatshirt on the morning after of her walking his dog. Itās been almost a year since all this has come out and weāre working through it. Iām still very sick but now Iām getting better. Iāve never had self-confidence issues and Iāve never been a suspicious person in relationships but this has absolutely ruined any sense of self Iāve had. I feel so worthless. At first, I thought this happened because I lost my ability to walk and work and basically be a man and my wife lost interest. But I donāt even think thatās it because it started well before I was in that condition. The part I still canāt wrap in my head around is that my wife has made an impression on me that she is one of the most trustworthy people Iāve ever met. Thatās part of why I married her because of her sense of integrity. But hearing her lie and catching her in so many lies and just blatant disregard for me as a person is genuinely shocking. This happened a while ago at this point, but I still find myself absolutely shocked and an absolute fear when I think about the details. Are these the actions of a person who loves me? Leaving to go entertain another man in my moment of greatest need? She has made amends and is working on herself but thereās times where I get so triggered when she does something that shows me she doesnāt love me or care about me at all. Itās such a bad feeling like Iām disposable and that I never really was anything special to her.
This is the first time Iāve ever told another person any of this and the reason Iām doing it is because I fear I might be too close to the whole situation that I canāt have the perspective I need. Like am I just being an absolute punk at this point? Itās just still shocking that this person I thought I knew was capable these things and it makes me wonder what areas of my marriage have I been naĆÆve about. I do love this woman at least I love who I think she is. Like I actually do a lot. Just seeing the way my wife acted through all this makes me so lost and confused and hurt. Iām not the type of person that would normally tolerate these sort of things but Iāve also never been married before and I take marriage very seriously. Am I delusional?

Basically, overall, Iām just looking for suggestions on how to make a memorable birthday for a romantic partner who enjoys DnDā¦ preferably PG-13 rated. Lol
My original post thatās messed upā¦I have started seeing someone who is into DnD. His 40th birthday is coming up on 3/7 and Iām hopeful to put together something that is really custom and special for him. I donāt even know where to start, but I kind of thought about a live scavenger hunt that is DnD themed? I know I need to delve more into his world to customize this experience better for him. But. I donāt even know what questions to ask him to get a better sense of his world? I am not currently in that hobby scape, but am open to it! Just trying to be a supportive girlfriend.
The only thing I know for certain, and I donāt have a good grasp on what it means, is he views himself as a Paladin (?) character. Socially I think heād be down to do a scavenger hunt. He is an ambivertānot afraid to socialize, he enjoys it,
