How are you consuming flax seed???? I started seed cycling during my luteal phase last month and I LOVED having sunflower and sesame but now that I’m in the follicular phase I’m struggling with flax seeds. I ground them up to put into a smoothie but the smell/taste is so overpowering that I can’t even stomach it.
How are you getting in the flax seeds?? 😭

I'm not a new player, but I can't say I'm a veteran either. I usually come and go from this game from time to time, but each time, a pattern repeats itself in my interactions with other players in a negative way not to say awful since the first time I ever played this game.
To explain better, I generally play the story alone, and sometimes I ask questions since I'm a noob in every sense of the word (for example, I'm not even sure what exactly a fractal is). However, the general responses I get are either annoyed replies or complete silence. Keep in mind that this has been my experience for years in this game.
I keep hearing that the community in this game is great, but I neither see it nor feel welcome here, which makes me question whether I should keep investing money in this game. Am I doing something wrong?

2025.01.22 05:05 nmm184 Gallbladder Mucocele (GBM) & Rupture - A Cautionary Tale
 | Hello friends - it’s been awhile. Miss Josie here fell ill last week and after major surgery I wanted to share what I’ve learned. I don’t want this to be too long so I’m going to truncate it: she was throwing up bile - I’ve experienced this with every sheltie I’ve ever had at some point; but once or twice in a day. She got up to 10x so we made an appt, next morning she was diagnosed with pancreatitis with an in-office assay and labs weee also sent out. That vet, who I’ve only gone to one other time, did not push for or even hint gallbladder could be a culprit. The next morning we get a call that she needs to be seen right away, her liver enzymes etc were off the charts, it’s likely GBM and the risk of rupture is a concern (meanwhile she had lost luster overnight and seemed genuinely sick). They said they could get her in for one the next day - I made the appointment and asked for surgery referrals as no GP vets around us does fallballer surgery, only veterinary surgeons. I googled the symptoms of rupture, she had every one so we found an emergency vet attached to a surgery center and off we went. She was in critical condition, rapidly deteriorating. They did the u/s right away and her gallbladder had ruptured and had disassociated (ripped in half). If we didn’t have insurance Josie would not be here, this was a 5 figure treatment and 5 day hospital stay - 3 in the ICU. Since this all happened I did a bit of reading and apparently a genetic link for GBM was found in shelties a ways back. I had NO idea. I considered myself pretty knowledgeable and I don’t know if I just skimmed over this information all these years in lists of the common Sheltie health concerns. Not only not knowing it was common, but not knowing how serious and debilitating it can be for a dog. It seems like such a routine surgery in humans, it never occurred to me it could be so different. Anyway Josie isn’t out of the woods, she was so very ill and it is still step by step but she is home after nearly a week and we are making slow progress. But I wanted to post a little PSA to my fellow sheltie lovers to read up on it if you’re not aware (again, I had no idea). Knowing what I know now, I plan to get an ultrasound on my younger boy every couple years because he’s already displayed symptoms here and there. And it’s not just the jaw-dropping, nausea-inducing cost of this all - never mind that. It’s how critical it can become so quickly. How painful it is for them and seeing them sick just sucks. 2025.01.22 05:05 mucinexlol A1278 black screen after ram upgrade
I upgraded the ram on my wife's old a1278 and put in two sticks of 8gb 1600 and am getting a black screen when booting. The thing is both sticks of ram work in each slot but not when running 16gb. Both sticks work running one of the original sticks (2gb) and a new one (8gb) in all configurations.
It's a 13.3 inch screen and from what I have seen online many people are able to run 16gb even though some other models cannot run 16gb. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

2025.01.22 05:05 No-Variation2116 I’m scared I’ve blasphemed against the Holy Spirit
I grew up in the faith and when I was about 15 I started getting stronger in my faith but I was always nervous people would judge me and I fell away. For a while I was a lukewarm Christian and end of 2023 I came back to the faith and I am in a pattern where I get really close to God, then I fall into a bad sin, then I feel too bad to come back to him, and I fall away, and then it repeats itself. There have been times where I have sinned knowing it’s wrong. I just am so scared that I’ve turned away too many times and that because I’ve knowingly gone against Gods word that I am going to be sent to eternal damnation. I’m at a place where I feel strongly that I won’t fall back into that pattern but I’m scared it’s too late for me to be saved. All I think about is if I’ve blasphemed the Holy Spirit. I don’t feel the Spirit and I know that feelings don’t equate to the real thing but I’m just so scared I am unforgivable. Have I blasphemed the Holy Spirit?

I'm getting second thoughts and some cold feet. I have been with a lady with kids. None of them are hers as they are adopted. She's never been in a relationship and has never went further then kissing a guy. I am her first on everything, besides being in bed. She is pure and waiting for marriage. The beginning of our relationship was good. I accepted the kid aspect. We clicked well and continued to date and have fun. It's been about a year and a half, a little fast for me, but we got engaged. I've had some worries about her health habits and laziness around the house. Even with discussions about being there for the kids more and not coming straight home and to her room after work. I don't know if my values of a father align with her behaviors and I am afraid it's going to all fall on me and the kids will grow to resent her. I do NOT want them to resent her. She is a godly woman and I fell in love with her strong heart and willingness to do for those in need. She is very religious and I never was but I've tried accepting Christianity but I just can't seem to just start believing after not for so long. I have had a few instances of wanting to drop it all and start over, and one time I got pretty far East before turning around because family/ friends/ her talked me into a mistake. I am still trying to focus on a fast track, WGU - full time, work an internship, a part time job, and I feel like I cannot offer the time/ energy for this to be a healthy relationship as well as our goals don't align very well. The kids and I are attached and I am afraid it's going to hurt them more then myself enduring this relationship.. They've already had parents fail them once. What should I do?

I can't tell if he likes me, and he's going on a trip so I won't be able to see him for like a week and it's driving me crazy. So I'm gonna give some context before I get into why he might like me. I'm 20 almost 21, and he's recently turned 26. We work together with similar schedules, and at first we would never talk, but recently things have been... different.
- He spends more time around me recently at work. He's reserved, not shy but an antisocial extrovert, so he doesn't always speak but when he does, he mocks what I say, teases me, supposedly he doesn't do that for others. It just feels like he's always listening to what I have to say.
- He compliments me a lot. He's called me "the prettiest one", that I've "won the girl lottery" called me gorgeous, beautiful, sexy. Says he even likes my body too. He doesn't do that for others, at least not what I heard and from when I have asked others about it.
- According to two of my friends, he's checked me out when I wasn't looking before (looking at my ass when I'd turn around). Kinda wild.
- I said to someone that he's "my man" and we both ran with it. He started hugging me across the shoulders and so did I, and I was telling the other person how I get possessive so he's not anyone but my man, and he agreed and liked it and we pretended we were a couple for that day.
- Later that same day, he was laying on a chair reclined all the way back against where i was sitting so like his head was basically on my lap. I started playing with his hair and when we'd talk he'd look up at me. I'd joke to someone else "oh I gotta get my hands off him" and then he grabbed my hands and placed it around his upper torso.
- He escorted me to my bike that night, and he does for a few nights, though not too consistently.
- He bought me a ds lite, a bag for it, styluses, because he knew I wanted one and was super thankful for the secret santa gift I got him. It was so sweet... I dont think he's gotten anyone else a gift like that.
- We hug a lot, like I initiated most times but when he does its so sweet. He also doesn't do that for others like hes not super touchy.
- He offered to walk me home once, but I couldn't take him up on it cause someone was already driving me home.
- Whenever someone would do something, like one of my friends would tickle me, or touch me, or kiss my hand, he'd say it and say "jealous"
- Called me baby once as he walked out lol.
- He once was looking at my face and said "theres a strand of hair that—here let me" and he brushed it aside with his hand slowly and smiled at me.
- We'd flirt often. Just things that kinda lead into some innuendo but also just things that hint at romantic stuff.
- Asked if I was okay once when I was feeling down.
