2025.01.22 08:04 Independent-WiTch969 38f, feeling like passing out during bowel movements
Occasionally I will get very sick feeling during a bm. It's been like this for years. I started tracking my bms to see when it happens and it varies.
Feeling will come on suddenly just as I feel the urge to go. I get shakey, pale, dizzy, confused, feel fire and ice in my veins, nauseous, weak. It's happened during periods of constipation, diarrhea, normal bms.
I've never passed out but I have slumped over and couldn't move I was so weak. I have an appt in April with my Gastro Dr and this will be discussed with him then.
It's been 30 mins now since it's happened again and I have no color in my face, feeling icy cold and just weak feeling. For reference I am bradycardic (hr goes from 42-57 most days) and have a low BP most days. And I am overweight. My blood sugars also are 80-100 (hypoglycemic, which is why I check them).

I started playing when the servers launched yesterday. Got to lvl 26. Left the game.
12 hours later attempted to play again. All skills greyed out.
I can't attack. I can ride my horse and run around but I can't summon a Skelly or golem or use any skills whatsoever.
I logged out. And back in. Rebooted. You name it.
All other eternal characters were fine.
Started a new toon and they were fine. Takes like 3 hours for me to get back to 26. Just kinda sucks. Because often when I play this game. After not playing for a few months. I end up with a bug of some sort that I spend over an hour trying to figure out.
But anyways. Not sure why I get weird glitches. 🤷♀️ I play Diablo 1 and 2 still quite often and I never have issues with those games. As well as d3 which I probably have 2000+ hrs in.
Not looking for any help or anything. Just curious if anyone else runs into strangeness like this?
Makes no sense to me. But I'm enjoying the new seasons mechanics so far. :)

Recently I got tested positive for std and my brother got to know about this and he said it to my father and they both got to know that I am gay and now my house became a hell with this situation. In first place my family doesn't treat me good they treat me like I don't exist now it got even worse and turned into violence. My brother got to know earlier that I am gay with some proof from his friend . Now In my college where I had a good name . I don't know from where my friends got to know about me but they also have the same pictures and this morning when I went to college as usual not even one friend was talking me and they are ignoring me . They don't like me now . I don't know where to take medication for std and I don't even have support from my family and friends. Every one left me now . I wanted to come out in a different way that every one would respect and accept me . All these things making me think of take my life . I am scared of leaving. I don't know what I did wrong. I don't want this kind of life . I miss my own smile

I’ve looked through the Operation Sports options and this subreddit and am not quite finding what I’m looking for - any help would be greatly appreciated!
So the default All-American sliders work great for me on offense and special teams: I can perform right where my roster should be, manage to pull off some good plays while also throwing a normal number of picks, not too many broken big plays, etc. However, my team is WAY too good at defense, and it’s not because of my ability or a stacked roster. No matter how good or bad my team’s ratings are, my defense always shuts down the run, gets multiple picks a game, and sacks the hell out of the QB.
Does anyone have a good slider set that keeps the offense right where it is on All-American, but brings User D down to a realistic level?

I'm going to SNM Shanghai tonight (for what I hope won't be the last time). I've come to really love the show, so when it was announced that they're shutting down till march and hinting at major changes, I got the ANXIETY.
Anyone have any insights into what will become of the show? The extent to which it will be modified/reduced?
Is the newly-announced Arcane immersive show going to replace it? I hope not. As much as I've heard good things about the show, I'm not exactly dying to see the lore of a video game replace the awesomeness that is the SNM SH stories.

2025.01.22 08:04 CobraNinja16 Awful attack HELP
When did you know your gallbladder was about to burst or was emergency condition?? I’m having a horrendous attack rn so painful I can badly breathe feels like I’m being stabbed in my whole right side all around my back and rib cage area and an intense pressure in the gallbladder area . It’s so bad I’m scared it might be about to rupture but don’t wanna go to the ER if it’s just a bad attack that’ll eventually pass. Surgery is scheduled for Feb 7th. I’ve had this issue for over a year now and kept rescheduling my surgery bc of anxiety.. I had one horrible attack like this in July last year that I went to the ER for and they gave me pain meds that helped the attack until it passed and did a CT scan to make sure I didn’t need surgery so I’m just wondering if I should go again or try to tough this out and hopefully make it to my surgery. The pain is very intense I’m in tears and always been told I have a high pain tolerance. Advice please! Thanks .
