*Asking for a friend who went through this incident *
A friend of mine, along with his parents, got off at Karad Bus Stand. As he was about to enter an Auto, 2 adult men on a bike assaulted him and grabbed his backpack and fled the scene. This happened in hardly 10 seconds and the guy couldn't see the bike's number plate or react immediately to take a photo of those men.
The bag contained an official laptop & its accessories, a wallet with some cash and some notebooks. The cops need the details of the laptop to inspect and investigate this further. With the attitude they spoke with this guy, hope seems bleak for him getting his laptop back.
Is that place a jinxed place where people are able to pull off such deeds of snatching a bag? Is this a regular offence that happens at Karad?

2025.01.22 07:00 VentiBreadwich High idle power usage fix?
Is there a way to fix high idle power usage? I'm on the 7700xt and the most recent driver settings. I've tried the custom resolution, I've tried the media recording thing( I don't even have the recording stuff on so obviously it didn't do anything) but nothing works. Normally I try to have 1440p 144hz but then when I'm watching YouTube it goes up to 50w so I turn it down to 1080p 60hz and the power usage goes down to around 30w. I heard it's an issue with vram clock speed but I can't turn down the max clock speed lower than 100% so I don't even know why that's a setting

2025.01.22 07:00 sweetshroomygirl I’m in love with a friend even though I’m in a relationship..
This might get some hate, but I want to be honest and share my human emotions. So for starters I don’t believe in souls mates, or that you only can fall in love with one person at a time. My boyfriend and I (both 20) have been together for 1.5 years and are pretty happy. We are in an open relationship, just to give you the idea that we are very openninded about connecting with nice people we meet along our way, still feeling loved my each other. We have one rule; our open relationship does not imply on friends. This I’m very happy with, as it might ruin/make things complicated.
The thing is that I have been in love with a guy from our friend group for about half a year. It is just recently I am even figuring this out myself. At first I just thought I really liked him as a friend and person to talk to. We’ve had many deep talks, and connected deeply as we share a lot of the same mental issues. It is not lust, but actual love I’m afraid. I just wish I could control my feelings.
The last couple of months I’ve tried my best to not see him/ talk to him as much to get over him, but it hasn’t worked as we are in the same friend group.
He has been seeing my best friend for the last couple of months, and that’s how I found out I’ve loved him- the heartbreak I just can’t shake off. I don’t feel like I can talk with anyone about this, because it is “wrong” even though I can’t control my feelings. I can’t even tell my best friend that I get uncomfortable when she talks about their relationship/sexlife.
I just feel so messed up right now. I almost with I never met this guy. How do I get over him alone? what do I do? Do I tell anyone? And I really truly love my boyfriend. As mentioned earlier, I do believe you can love multiple people at once (poly relationships).

Bro I’m typing this just 2 minutes after I beaten it and holy moly!! The ending credit scene music too maaaaaaaaaaaaaan……. Amazing DLC truly truly amazing the only thing I wish could’ve happen was extra romance options or scenes but that’s literally it 10/10 beautiful masterpiece DLC.

Hello, looking for some sincere advice. Didn’t make the marathon through the ballot. I am on a two month recovery plan from an ITB injury. The only way for me to enter now is via a charity entry.
I don’t want to sign up and commit to fundraising if I’m not fit after the next 2 months. The question is, would there still be an ability to sign up and run for charity in early March or do I run the risk of not getting a ticket at all?

Я в 10 класс, до этого училась 9 лет в одном классе и одной школе, никогда не меняла коллектив. В 10 классе параллель объединили и разбили на 2 класса соц-экономтческий (мой) и технико-информационный. Так вышло, что в своëм классе я единственная из В, большая часть класса из А. Все с кем я общалась в 9 ушли в колледжи и другие школе. В новом классе я ни с кем не общаюсь, хотя я пытаюсь, они просто не идут на контакт. Я не понимаю, что во мне не так? Я не фрик какой-то, от меня не воняет, я нормально выгляжу, я вроде много читаю, со мной есть о чëм поговорить. Но общаться с ними не получается. Я люблю учиться, но у меня с начала года желание отчислиться. Раньше мне было весело в школе, а теперь я просто сижу одна читаю книжки.
